I've been under Dr. Paul's care since 2021 for cervical spondylosis. He performed radiofrequency ablation and percutaneous laser cervical microdiscectomy. I was admitted twice for these procedures and once more due to a fall that caused severe cervical pain. Additionally, I had minor surgery for a giant cell tumor on my palm, which has since been resolved without issues. Dr. Paul has provided exceptional care, support, and advice throughout my treatment, emphasizing that maintenance is a lifelong process. I continue with conservative treatment as needed. Dr. Paul is an empathetic, detail-oriented, honest, and approachable doctor. I am grateful to Dr. Paul, the nurses, customer service, and Mr. Joachim and his team from the physiotherapy center. When choosing a doctor, we seek excellence and helpfulness, and a hospital that provides outstanding service. As a patient in pain, I value the great care, empathy, and honesty from doctors and nurses. Rooms in Columbia Asia PJ are clean, with sheets changed daily and floors, tables, and trash cleaned regularly. The food could be improved as it all tastes the same to me, and the overnight bed for caregivers could be better.

my favourite hospital for so many reasons. I’ve heard many friends complain about Columbia’s other outlets, but in saying that, they probably have not come to Columbia PJ. It’s not the kind of feedback you’d give if you’ve been here. First of all, it’s the home to my Fav Orthopaedic Dr. : Dr.Paul as well as Dr.Khairul. Let me indulge you on why i love this hospital so much? My Dr’s here (unlike many other private hospitals) are extremely professional and THOROUGH. Alhamdulillah since seeing Dr.Khairul for my haemorrhoids back in 2018, i have had no recurrences & following his advices i’ve a more healthy bowel movement. Dr.Paul is A MAGICIAN! Since being diagnosed with slipped disc in 2013, i’ve not found a single Dr that either pushed me for surgery or misdiagnosed my Cervical Spondylosis as (Vertigo or an Ear Infection). Dr. Paul, is EXTREMELY understanding & continuously provides the BEST solutions for my recovery. He is truly THE BEST ortho i’ve met in the 5other hospitals i’ve visited for counsel. Asides that, Columbia PJ has really upped their level for service in all aspects. Nurses are super attentive & friendly, everything is clean & the food is hotel standard! Absolutely recommend!

Went to Columbia Asia at their PJ branch to check up on my leg after an accident happened when playing football with my friends. Was referred to their bone dr as it seems they were good. In the end found out had a tear in ligament and had to be admitted . Drs were friendly and took time to explain the pro and cons of each procedure. During my stay , was referred to their physio department too. However their nurses was abit slow in cleaning the room when the other roommate left thus felt abit "non hygiene" as the room had all the rubbish and things the previous patient had left. Their receptionist was kind and very helpful the Chinese guy with spectacle which I din get his name. They should promote him for his effort.

I had an unexpected fall at home today and came to Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya for treatment. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at the Emergency Department was incredibly attentive and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Hyder, who attended to me immediately and to Staff Nurse Fiona and Staff Nurse Hanis for helping me onto the bed and noticing that my wrist bone was broken. They placed my arm in a sling with so much care and reassurance. Shahruz also assisted me and brought me to the Radiology Department for my X-ray . He was very friendly and helpful. At Radiology, Ms. Priyanka attended to me and was very gentle throughout the X-ray process. The whole team was fast and professional. I was then referred to Dr. Paul, Consultant Orthopaedic, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything clearly and applied a plaster of Paris for my fracture with great care. Even the security guard was friendly and made my experience smoother by helping to open the door for me. The hospital environment is very clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and the compassion shown by everyone I met today. Highly recommended.

Update: I just discovered Columbia Asia Hospital app from a staff called Astley at the registration counter. I really appreciate him telling me this cause the app is very convenient in booking appointment with the specialist and we can book for an appointment at all Columbia Asia Hospital branch. The staffs are all very kind and helpful, everyone is willing to assist even the nurse and the doctor. Ive been to this hospital few times for my ankle injury. Dr Paul is very attentive and likes to make jokes as well, so I dont feel scared to meet the doctor. There is also one nurse named Puteri who is very helpful with everything. I also had to do physio treatment here and the physiotherapist named Intan if Im not mistaken is really helpful in explaining to me about the exercise needed to speed up my healing process. Overall I recommend this hospital to everyone. If youre under micare insurance, the process to acquire GL is very smooth as well.
