The hospitality and service was very good. I got several treatments while I was here for different issues. Dr. Andy (gastro specialist) and dr. Paul (orthopaedic) who had to handle me are very experienced and talented doctor. Also, the nurses and pharmacists are very friendly and always be by your side in every visits. In October 2025, I underwent a shoulder arthroscopy under Dr Paul. While the surgery went well, I required frequent physiotherapy for the next few months. Due to the trauma I experienced from my injuries prior to surgery, I was very apprehensive about the physiotherapy process. I would like to sincerely commend my physiotherapist, Muz, for his exceptional care and professionalism. Muz is highly knowledgeable, skilled, and patient in assisting, guiding, and educating me throughout my recovery journey. He consistently monitored my progress and thoughtfully provided home exercises to ensure continuity of care and steady improvement until I regained full arm movement. Today, I can function normally, and whenever issues arise, Muz always knows exactly how to help. I’m truly impressed by his expertise, dedication, and commitment to his patients. Highly recommended.

I had an unexpected fall at home today and came to Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya for treatment. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at the Emergency Department was incredibly attentive and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Hyder, who attended to me immediately and to Staff Nurse Fiona and Staff Nurse Hanis for helping me onto the bed and noticing that my wrist bone was broken. They placed my arm in a sling with so much care and reassurance. Shahruz also assisted me and brought me to the Radiology Department for my X-ray . He was very friendly and helpful. At Radiology, Ms. Priyanka attended to me and was very gentle throughout the X-ray process. The whole team was fast and professional. I was then referred to Dr. Paul, Consultant Orthopaedic, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything clearly and applied a plaster of Paris for my fracture with great care. Even the security guard was friendly and made my experience smoother by helping to open the door for me. The hospital environment is very clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and the compassion shown by everyone I met today. Highly recommended.

Went here for my slipped disc surgery under Dr Paul Ngalap Ayu. Very satisfied with my overall experience. Dr was very patient, explained everything that I was unclear of. He checks on me often and took the time to reassure my mom about my surgery. I also felt less scared after his explanations. I've heard of horror stories from my friend who went through a similar thing, but here I did not experience any of those. The nurses are very friendly and warm, makes you feel calm. They even answered all my questions. I could even say this about all the staff in this hospital. They are very friendly. The MRI experience here is okay, but I wish there was a more hidden way to go from the changing room to the MRI room as there were other patients waiting directly in front of the changing room. Felt a bit exposed. The surgery experience was also very smooth. I would like to thank the anaesthesiologist (I am so sorry I forgot your name) for his expertise and professionalism. I was feeling exposed before the surgery and when he asks the others to cover me, I felt reassured. After the surgery, I did not feel totally disoriented, no nausea or dizziness as well. And when he came to check up on me the next day, he changed my Branula himself cause it was causing me quite some pain. Food was also good, doesnt feel like the normal food you get at hospitals. As for parking, there's a basement parking but sometimes it gets full. On one of my visits, the guard helped open up a parking spot for me. If I remember correctly, they can validate your parking if you are staying in the ward.
