I want to thank a few doctors who helped me in my recovery from my minor surgery. Thank you emergency ward doctor, Dr Jonathan for the quick assessment for my situation and Dr Jodelle Tan who look after my wound. The doctors and nurses in emergency ward are very friendly and helpful to explain my situation. Dr Jonathan and Dr Jodelle reassure me that I will be in good hand of the consultant in charge on that day. Even to take blood and input the IV drip , it was done flawlessly by Dr Jonathan, I didn't feel any pain. Despite the emergency department was filled with patients waiting to be admitted into ward, the team of doctor and nurses handled very well and professional. Special thank you for Dr Paul Ngalap Au, Orthopedic specialist, for making my surgery to be as pain free as possible as I am very afraid of pain and injections. Thank you Dr Tie Hieng Kai the anesthesia specialist for explaining to me the sedation and numbing is like taking vaccine before my surgery. After I woke up from my surgery, there were some minor itchiness on my upper body which was picked up very quickly by Dr Tie team of nurses without me informing them, they quickly gave me something to sooth me back. Thru out my 2 nights 3 days stay, Dr Paul and his team checked on me to ensure my infection on my thigh didn't spread and recur back before discharging me. Discharge process was smooth and fast. Collection at Pharmacy Department was quick and efficient. Follow up visits with Dr Paul is easy with Columbia Asia app. His nurses will ring me to remind me a day before my follow up appointment & the app also reminded me via notification and SMS to my number of my appointment 24 hours before the actual day. Kudos to every doctor and nurses from Columbia Asia PJ for making me healthy once more. Thank you kakak cleaner who clean my ward daily & cafe chef who cook healthy food. I got addicted with the nasi goreng kampung here and kept ordering everyday. Ordering food in ward is super simple as it is via QR scan. Each food listed in the webpage clearly states what ingredients are inside and the menu changes daily which made my day anticipating the food. Overall 5 stars ⭐ awarded to Columbia Asia PJ & infinity ♾️ stars ⭐ awarded to the Dr Paul, Dr Tie, Dr Jonathan and Dr Jodelle. They deserve the highest applause 👏

Had the BEST experience kat Columbia Asia after being dismissed by two other private hospitals (cant mention the name). The best customer service ever, they attended me dari masuk pintu siap kasi hospital tour, and nak isi borang or amik BP semua they will come to your seat instead of you go to them (they assume everyone sakit so tak perlu jalan sangat) Literally princess treatment to the max. Got warded kat MD2 Room 77, treatment with Dr Andy (gastro) and Dr Paul (Ortho) which was the kindest Dr and specialist i pernah jumpa. Oh not to mention the friendly nurses that calmed me down walaupun anxious everytime kena inject painkiller or amik darah (i takut jarum lol) I have zero complaints for my 5 days stay in Columbia and DEFINITELY will come again kalau need any treatment 🩷

The hospitality and service was very good. I got several treatments while I was here for different issues. Dr. Andy (gastro specialist) and dr. Paul (orthopaedic) who had to handle me are very experienced and talented doctor. Also, the nurses and pharmacists are very friendly and always be by your side in every visits. In October 2025, I underwent a shoulder arthroscopy under Dr Paul. While the surgery went well, I required frequent physiotherapy for the next few months. Due to the trauma I experienced from my injuries prior to surgery, I was very apprehensive about the physiotherapy process. I would like to sincerely commend my physiotherapist, Muz, for his exceptional care and professionalism. Muz is highly knowledgeable, skilled, and patient in assisting, guiding, and educating me throughout my recovery journey. He consistently monitored my progress and thoughtfully provided home exercises to ensure continuity of care and steady improvement until I regained full arm movement. Today, I can function normally, and whenever issues arise, Muz always knows exactly how to help. I’m truly impressed by his expertise, dedication, and commitment to his patients. Highly recommended.
