I am very impressed with all the nursing, medical and non nursing staff in ward 8F, Tower E. Everyone was polite and caring. The room was spacious and new.However the mattress too soft especially if the patients has backache problems. Could be better if added mini bar fridge in the room. Housekeeping and staff servicing the food very polite and courteous. Dr Saw( orthopaedic surgeon) and Dr Lutfi ( anesthesiologist). Well done team.

Friday 18th July 2025 Procedure: Gastroscopy & Colonoscopy under Dr Lim Sim Yee Department: Endoscopy Department I am truly satisfied with the service provided by Dr Lim Sim Yee and all of the staff in Endoscopy Department. Dr Lim Sim Yee's service is very helpful and very professional. The way she consult and explained on every single step I need to do before the procedure is very clear. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and after procedure done. The service provided by Endoscopy Department was incredibly helpful and awesome!
