I met an accident and called up emergency Columbia Asia tebrau for an ambulance but was disappointed with their response. When I arrived I was amazed with the service by the emergency staff sangkari who attended me. Was so helpful and polite. Nevertheless the on call doctor & orthopedic doctor who attended me really handle me with a care & explained everything with humble. They really amazed me with their service. I open this review to give bad reviews but end up their service really make me to wrote this

Dr Hazli-orthopaedic surgeon Went for an appointment to get my ankle injury checked out, dr suggested that I should be admitted for further investigation and observation. I found that the admission process was very smooth and that the staff here will try their best to accommodate the patient’s requests and needs. The doctor had excellent bedside manners, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. All staff were polite and helpful.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Columbia Asia Hospital. I especially want to thank Dr. Ng, the orthopedic specialist, who has been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. Before coming to the hospital, I visited his clinic, and I truly appreciate the thorough care he provided. Upon my admission on Saturday morning for an MRI, he quickly identified my knee issue and ensured I received immediate treatment. His dedication has made a significant difference in my recovery. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful nurses who were so friendly and attentive especially Aisyah, Nadzira and Fatin May god bless you'll . Their compassion and care made my hospital stay much more comfortable, and I’m genuinely thankful for their support. As a small gesture of my appreciation, I brought some Dunkin' Doughnuts for the team. Thank you to everyone at Columbia Asia for your warm hospitality. I would suggest that the food menu could be improved and the toilets could benefit from some new tiles, but overall, my experience has been positive. Thank you once again for all that you do! Dr Sem from orthopaedic is very professional and detail from beginning to end on my operation , Ms Alli from physiotherapy help and taught me how to work out while in rest in bed & at home. and all the nurses (Liyana/izza, Sarvina, Pauline)Md6 are friendly and very healthful

The service here is fast. From the registration counter at the emergency department to being admitted to the ward. Dr. Sem (orthopaedics) who treated me for my slipped disc was also good and efficient. The staff's service was also good. Needs improvement: The room door cannot be closed tightly. The noise from outside sometimes disturbed my sleep. The food here is delicious. Restaurant standard. Thank you to all the staff.
