Came for Rheumatoid arthritis check with Dr Wong. She was pleasent, friendly and approachable. She helped my dad to recover. Apart from the good services, the car park is spacious and food at cafeteria is okay.

The overall environment here is clean and bright, including the hallway, drop-off area and the rooms. The nurses are friendly and always prepared to help. Much appreciated to meet Dr Wong Phing Sue during my hospitalisation as she always keeps an eye on my every-day condition. From worst to now, even better. And Dr Ronald for always giving me positive vibes throughout my hospitalisation period.

The process was very organized. So far, during my dealings and treatment with Dr. Wong Phing Sue, there have been no issues. The doctor explained all procedures in detail. Insurance matters were also easy with assistance from the clinic and the doctor. Only the pharmacy counter and payment sometimes take a long time due to the large number of patients. This could perhaps be improved in the future. The customer service and front desk staff were also very helpful in various processes.
