⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was recently warded at Hospital Columbia Asia Tebrau, specifically in Ward 156, due to an asthma attack and a lung infection. From the moment I arrived at the emergency department, I was impressed by how fast and efficient the team handled my case. I didn’t have to wait long to be admitted. I use my PruBSN Medical Card. A special thank you to Dr. Faizul, the specialist in charge of my treatment. He was truly exceptional. always calm, clear, and thorough. From the start, he explained everything in detail, from the nature of my infection to the treatment plan and what steps I need to take for recovery. What I appreciated the most is that he always informed me before doing anything, whether it was a test, a procedure, or a change in medication. He made sure I understood everything and felt involved in the process. His professionalism and attention to detail really gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. The hospital staff were also incredibly helpful and kind. From registration to the emergency room and especially the nurses at Level 2 (Wards 155 and 156). They treated me with great care, always checking in on my well-being and explaining every procedure and medication clearly. Being in an isolation ward, I couldn’t leave my room, but they made sure I was comfortable, even going the extra mile by providing extra tea and helping me collect my things from the lobby. To the management of Hospital Columbia: please reward them with bonuses! They really treated me so well! 😄 the food was okay too Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay. I truly felt supported and in safe hands. I highly recommend this hospital if you’re looking for fast response, clear communication, and top-tier patient care❤️

I have been consulting Dr. Nur Adillah (ENT surgeon) for my sinus and ear issues since 2025 (including emergency admission). I have a major phobia of nasal endoscopy, but her technique is so precise and gentle that I didn't feel any pain. What I appreciate most is her conservative approach, where she never pushes for surgery right away and is supportive of trying medication and conventional treatments first. I also appreciate Dr Mohd Faizul (Respiratory doctor) for attending to my emergency admission back in year 2025, where I had severe bronchitis. Nurses that assist these doctors are helpful and friendly.

Hi i want sharing my experience in hospital columbia tebrau . I was admitted here because i got severe shortness of breath and prolonged cough. I have been given careful treatment by the M6 staff and doctor Mohd Faizul. They take very good care of me and ask about me. I really appreciate it and environment here so good .Apart from that, the food here is very delicious and the food presentation is very beautiful and nicely , from morning to night the food was good . Thumbs up for the food service that served me, namely. Fatma, Aizat and Hakimi. I hope the food service can maintain the quality of the food. I ate chicken kurma and ayam masak merah on 17/3, it was very delicious. Thumbs up for all you guys. I love Columbia Asia Tebrau ❤️

My father was diagnosed with a lung infection and was admitted to the ICQ room & B90472 We are truly grateful to all the nurses and doctor for their exceptional care during his stay. The nurses were attentive and caring at all hours — always checking on the patients and responding promptly to every need. The Doctor Faizul were professional, kind, and explained everything clearly, which gave our family peace of mind. Surprisingly, the hospital food was very delicious — my father enjoyed every meal, and the daily tea breaks for patients were a thoughtful touch that made his stay more comfortable. A special thank you to Miss Rajesh from the finance department, who was very helpful and efficient in assisting us with all the insurance procedures. We truly appreciate the warm and professional care provided by the entire team. 👍
