10 Star for the dr Siva (surgeon) and dr Marhisham (echo), Nurse Tasa (ward) Very insightful, very calm, explain everything clearly without making us worried eventho my son's problem was quite complicated one 0 star for the other Nurses who is super inconsiderate at night They laugh, yell among each other until 12 am. Tried to tell them to be quiet and they say they must do their job (that noisy) until 2 0 star for the admission team (taking very long and just ask us to wait wait wait until my son was crying cause he has been fasting for ct Scan since 6 am. Admission supposed to be at 10 am instead we admitted 1 pm Do CT scan at 3 pm. It was horrible to see my 4 months old cry for hunger 3 star for the facility It was okay. Clean enough Not amazing We are international patient Spent about 70.000 RM ++ Hope all the money goes to dr Siva and those who deserve it. If dr Siva is doing surgery in other hospital, I would definitely check that out (idk if this is Malaysia standard or there is better service in other hospital). Thank you so much dr Siva

My son had successful surgery at IJN under the able hands of Mr Sivakumar Sivalingham and his team. The young man now lives a normal, vigorous life. Many thanks to Dr Geeta Khandavelo, Dr Azhari, the amiable nurses and auxiliary staff for all they have done. Alhamdulillah.
