The doctors here are highly professional and dedicated, the nurses are attentive and caring, and many staff members are always willing to lend a helping hand — even when it is beyond their job scope. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly make a difference. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Simon Yap Ngim Loong, Dr Dato Yap Yee Guan, Dr Ng Eng Khim and the entire medical team for taking such good care of us over the past 10 days. A very special thank you to Ms Eunice, a nurse from the ICU, and Ms Abby from the BD team. Both of them went out of their way to help us, even beyond their responsibilities. Their kindness and support meant so much during this time. Because of people like them, the ones who benefit are not only the patients, but everyone who walks through the doors of this hospital. Had a great experience with Dr. Yap and the SMC team. From booking to consultation, ECG and Echo tests, and even guiding me through MiCare claims, everything went smoothly. Dr. Yap was very attentive and reassuring, while Nurse Priscilla and staff at registration counter Siti Aishah were super helpful in following up on my status of GL. Only delay was from the insurance side.. Thank you for the great service team
