A great hospital is not only about advanced equipment or professional doctors. What truly makes a difference is the people behind it. The doctors here are highly professional and dedicated, the nurses are attentive and caring, and many staff members are always willing to lend a helping hand — even when it is beyond their job scope. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly make a difference. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Simon Yap Ngim Loong, Dr Dato Yap Yee Guan, Dr Ng Eng Khim and the entire medical team for taking such good care of us over the past 10 days. A very special thank you to Ms Eunice, a nurse from the ICU, and Ms Abby from the BD team. Both of them went out of their way to help us, even beyond their responsibilities. Their kindness and support meant so much during this time. Because of people like them, the ones who benefit are not only the patients, but everyone who walks through the doors of this hospital. Had a great experience with Dr. Yap and the SMC team. From booking to consultation, ECG and Echo tests, and even guiding me through MiCare claims, everything went smoothly. Dr. Yap was very attentive and reassuring, while Nurse Priscilla and staff at registration counter Siti Aishah were super helpful in following up on my status of GL. Only delay was from the insurance side.. Thank you for the great service team

Good environment with Dr. Simon, cardiologist cardiothoracic surgeon 👍🏼 Tower D, 5th floor, has the funniest nurses - Linda, Shuklin, Efa at the nurse station. Dr. Simon & Ms. Uma has been so helpful with my father’s care, thank you so much everyone! Everyone in Sunway has been so kind and helpful, except for Tower B, Radiology’s department, in the morning at the registration area. Must have been a busy morning but I think the attitude has to improve amidst the crowd. All in all, we’ve been happy with the service and care towards our father and ourselves as stressed out caretakers. Thanks again to everyone at Sunway for your kindness towards everyone - especially when we were lost between towers in such a lovely and huge hospital 🫶🏼
