I'd like to share my experienced with Dr Mustafa Kamal Razak. I've started seeing him since January 2026 referred by Dr Joehaimey (Spine specialist). I have a stage two diabetes with high blood pressure and kidney problem since 2000. Alhamdulillah after three months of getting consultation and advises from him my HBA1C improved to 6.8 only. Previously the blood result remain at 9.00 to 12. The reading for my creatinine and acid uric also improved a lot. I had also saved a lot from taking outside and unnecessary supplements. Thanks a lot to both Dr Mustafa Kamal Razak and Dr Joehaimey.

Thank you... I can say it's the best private hospital. The service from the doctor, nurses, and all staff was sweet and friendly. I experienced a slipped disc. I was admitted twice at KPJ Putri (JB) and Colombia Hospital (JB). The service at KPJ Putri JB was very unprofessional. Both those hospitals kept giving me painkiller doses. So the pain would return every two months. Then I came to KPJ Penang and met Dr. Johaimi. He is a spinal specialist. Thank God I met this doctor. I am thankful to God. I had already paid for a trip to Bangkok and suddenly became ill. I explained my situation. He quickly arranged for a lesser treatment, and a day after the lesser treatment, he discharged me, and I happily went on my holiday to Bangkok in good health. Dr. Johaimi performed a lesser treatment for my slipped disc. It has been two years now. Until now, I have no pain, and I am healthy. The staff there also provided very friendly service. Before the lesser treatment, I had to fast. So after the treatment, for a few hours, I felt hungry. I pressed the call button and asked for hot Milo. The staff there made me Milo even though it wasn't tea time yet. They fulfilled my wish even though it wasn't mealtime. I am very grateful to KPJ Penang, all the staff, and special thanks to Dr. Johemi. I am not entirely sure about the spelling of the doctor's name, but I think the pronunciation is correct. Regardless, thank you. 😊

Flora ward.. SRN Nik and SRN Wani were excellent... friendly and welcoming... polite.. The doctors were also excellent.. explaining everything one by one.. especially Mr. Joe.. this is my second time receiving treatment from him.. when I got the referral letter, I mentioned that I wanted to have treatment with Mr. Joe.. the other support staff were also friendly. The staff nurses who came to take my BP, SPO2, and blood glucose readings were orderly and good.. the physio staff who attended to me always started with "Bismillah"..

The best private hospital in all aspects from cleaning, nurses and doctors..compared to other private hospitals in Penang....many thanks to Mr. Rizal, the cleaner staff, the nurses in the Dahlia ward for helping me, thank you also to...Dr. Joehaimey, Dr. Safari who treated me, thank you Doctor...
