I am very satisfied with the speed of handling Sunway Hospital. At first, I took my father for treatment, but this time I also registered my mother as a patient as well. My father is a patient of doctor kelvin voon, doctor lee say bob and doctor tan eng liang. They are very caring and patient. Doctor Lee Say Bob is a very focussed and thorough person. Doctor Kelvin carefully listens to every word from the patient. Doctor Tan Eng Liang is also very fast. I also dedicated this review to express my satisfaction with the international patient centre staff, especially miss anis, miss alice and Mr. tony. They are very friendly and very helpful. I'm very happy to take my father and mother to sunway hospital for treatment.

I was admitted to Sunway Medical Centre Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang, and overall I am very satisfied with the service provided. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my doctors, Dr. Soon King Choon and Dr. Kevin Voon, for their professionalism, clear explanations, and attentive care throughout my treatment. They took the time to listen, explained my condition patiently, and ensured I was comfortable and well informed. Special thanks to the physiotherapy team, especially Cik Bella , for their encouragement, gentle guidance, and dedication during my recovery sessions. Their positive attitude really helped boost my confidence and healing process. I would also like to thank Cik Hanun and cik Sofia from the Food & Beverage team for her kindness and helpful service. The meals were well managed, and staff were always polite and responsive to requests. Additionally, all the nurses , security, cleaning staff were consistently polite, respectful, and helpful. They created a safe, calm, and supportive environment during my stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, teamwork, and patient care at Sunway Medical Centre Seberang Jaya are excellent. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by everyone. Highly recommended.

Kelvin Voon is a terrific doctor. The nurses on 5A are also terrific. Afifah and her colleagues are also nice.
