My name is Agalya Ghandi, and this was my fifth admission at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I was treated for several health conditions by Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal, Dr. Eng Thong Pin, Dr. Azril Harris, Dr. Leong, and Dr. Najib. All of the doctors were extremely friendly, kind, and professional. I am truly very satisfied with the medications and treatment procedures provided throughout my entire admission. Among all the doctors, my all-time favourite is Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal. He is truly a gem—genuine, caring, and very patience. He always takes the time to listen to my daily blabbering (pity him, haha!) and provides clear explanations and valuable advice that are easy to understand and very calming. He is down-to-earth and exceptionally kind. After the nerve block treatment, I experienced complete relief from pain. All the physiology staffs and all the nurses were excellent; however, my favourite persons are Miss Izzah and Madam Jothi, they both are were incredibly sweet, humble, kind, and caring. The level of care she provided exceeded my expectations, and they both truly deserves great recognition. I would sincerely appreciate it if her dedication and compassion could be rewarded with a well-deserved pay raise. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammad Sheid, and Mr. Mohammad Izzat, who assisted me throughout my entire admission. I am truly impressed by their dedication, patience, and the respectful manner in which they treat each and everyone in this hospital. And the cleaning services are very kindest person and clean work environment named Madam Letchumi for my entire admission. Is would like to thank her too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my family, friends, and colleagues. Unlucky me, i got warded three time within 2 months. What i can say is all the staffs from the guard, the attendants, the cleaners, the caterer, the nurses, the doctors are very friendly, welcoming, make you feel at ease. The food served are delicious too! Excellent service. Update: My 5th year under Dr Jaya, the best neurologist in Kedah, the sporting nurses, Nabilah, Azira and Nava kaaa. When i was in the ward, 2 customer service staffs came and ask me if everything is okay, shout out to Izzat & Thiagarajan! Thankyou again everyone who made my stay here comfortable

Last year, I went to see Dr. Jayaganth for my headache. I was only 21 at that time and feeling very scared and nervous about my condition. He was very calm and reassuring throughout the whole process. After running the necessary tests, all my results came back normal, which gave me so much relief. He explained everything clearly and provided effective oral treatment for my headache. Within a short time, my headache completely went away. I am truly grateful for his care and professionalism. He is very down-to-earth, kind, and patient with his patients. I’m taking this moment to sincerely thank him for helping me during a stressful time in my life. Highly recommended.

I was recently admitted to Pantai Hospital Amanjaya in Sungai Petani for a week due to optic neuritis. From the moment I arrived, I was attended to by two highly professional doctors, Dr. Jayaganth and Dr. Wong, who provided excellent medical care. They conducted the necessary treatments efficiently, ensuring that I received the best possible attention throughout my stay. The nursing team was equally commendable, showing great care and attentiveness in managing my recovery. Their dedication and professionalism made my stay more comfortable, and I truly appreciate their efforts. The hospital environment was well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness that contributed to a sense of comfort and safety. Additionally, the food served was of good quality, and the café provided a decent variety of options. Another positive aspect was the ample parking space, which made it convenient for visitors and patients. Today, I am being discharged, and was guided by Mr Izzat (customer service). He was very pleasant and guided through out the process. Thank to him. I am grateful for the excellent care I received. I will be returning for follow-up appointments in the coming weeks and feel reassured knowing that I am in good hands.
