I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The environment is warm and comforting, and doesn’t feel like a typical hospital setting. The presence of a pianist also helps create a calming atmosphere for patients. We have been receiving treatment here for the past 3–4 years, and throughout this journey, the care and support have made a meaningful difference to us. I would also like to specially mention the three staff kak Adilah, Syuhadah, and Azlina at the Cancer Center registration counter. They are always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every visit starts with their warm attitude, which really sets a positive tone for the day. Beyond that, I would like to give special appreciation to a few amazing individuals: Dr. Radzi (Oncology Specialist) An incredibly encouraging and supportive doctor. His positivity and reassurance gave us the strength to face a very difficult cancer journey with a more hopeful mindset. Doctors like him are truly rare. We are deeply grateful for his care and dedication. Wishing him continued health, happiness, and success. Vickneswari (Phlebotomist from premier intergrated lab) Vickneswari is very experienced and professional. Blood taking is always quick, precise, and surprisingly painless, which helps ease a lot of anxiety. On top of that, she often shares helpful advice on daily care and demonstrates strong medical knowledge. Truly outstanding and professional. Nur Intan Syafina (Oncology Department, Clinic Assistant) Nur has been a very important part of our journey over the years. She is warm, friendly, and always welcoming, consistently checking in on us and encouraging us. She is also highly professional and reliable, everything from blood test scheduling to medications was always handled clearly and accurately under her care. Even after transitioning her responsibilities, she still continues to offer help when needed, which we truly appreciate. She has great potential and definitely deserves to grow further in her career. Khatijah (Oncology Department, Clinic Assistant) Khatijah has taken over the role seamlessly and has been equally professional, attentive, and dependable. She ensures that everything is well-coordinated and accurate, giving us confidence and peace of mind during each visit. Her calm and caring approach makes patients feel comfortable, and her consistency has greatly improved our overall experience. From our experience, having capable and detail-oriented Clinic Assistants like Nur and Khatijah makes a huge difference. When coordination is clear and accurate, it greatly reduces stress for patients. Overall, we are very thankful for the care and support provided by the entire team. It makes a challenging journey much more manageable.

Dr. Nina is my husband’s clinical oncologist, specializing in ENT cancers. She clearly explained the entire cancer treatment journey to us from beginning to end. Not only does she care deeply about her patients, but she also shows genuine concern for the caregivers. The cancer journey is tough and long, but whenever we have doubts or questions, she is always attentive and takes the time to address them thoroughly. We truly feel at ease knowing that she is my husband’s clinical oncologist. Her assistant, Nur Athira, is also an outstanding staff member. She is attentive, efficient, and very supportive. I feel comfortable and reassured dealing with her. Kudos to the team!

Very satisfied with the service and cooperation from the doctors and staff at PHKL. From a patient who was feeling down, I became spirited and cheerful in my daily life. Thank you to the doctors involved, especially Dr. Nina (Oncology) and the doctors and nurses in the chemo daycare department.

I was referred from HUKM to Pantai Hospital Bangsar for cancer treatment, and Dr. Nina was a great help to me from the beginning to the end of my radiotherapy.
