Clean and new hospital. Professional, friendly and caring cardiac lab staffs. I’m attended by Dr Donald, who is willing to explain and able clear my doubts. 👍🏼 But the register & payment counter staffs might need more training on how to handle patients I guess 😉

Went to Penang for a heart check up & found out that dr. Donald Ang Swee Cheng has moved here. Wonderfully delighted of the new hospital's architecture, design, friendly staff & doctors, as well as its modern vibes. AC is cool, illumination is bright, everything is so new & clean! The service was fast & even the Wifi was exceptional. Will be referring people to come here in the future. All the best for Northern Heart Hospital! Wish you success & hope every patient that come here a speedy recovery.

Highly recommended for my father's critical condition who was admitted to the ICU for heart valve replacement and bypass surgery with Prof. Dato DR. Basheer and Dr. Donald Ang. It went smoothly and what made me happy was that the doctor was very friendly, explained things very thoroughly and handled it quickly even though it was the middle of the night on a Sunday. The doctor came on standby to check at any time. Praise God, he recovered as expected.

It is a new, modern, clean, and neat heart hospital. Toilet is also clean and not smelly. The environment around is also comfortable. Dr. Donald and Dr. Michelle are very attentive and caring. Staffs are friendly, but still need improvement on faster service. Next, need improvement on the cafe. It only provides frozen meal and some snacks. Better to have a good cafeteria since there is no restaurant around.
