Highly recommended for my father's critical condition who was admitted to the ICU for heart valve replacement and bypass surgery with Prof. Dato DR. Basheer and Dr. Donald Ang. It went smoothly and what made me happy was that the doctor was very friendly, explained things very thoroughly and handled it quickly even though it was the middle of the night on a Sunday. The doctor came on standby to check at any time. Praise God, he recovered as expected.

Clean and new hospital. Professional, friendly and caring cardiac lab staffs. I’m attended by Dr Donald, who is willing to explain and able clear my doubts. 👍🏼 But the register & payment counter staffs might need more training on how to handle patients I guess 😉

Very good service at the wellness centre. Ms Lim Siew Hoon is a very helpful person. I am very satisfied that we can request a cardiology review of the medical results instead of having a separate appointment with a specialist, which would incur additional charges. Dr Donald Ang is very kind and provides a detailed explanation of the results. He avoids unnecessary tests.

This was our second visit to Northern Heart Hospital to see Dr. Donald and Dr. Michelle, and we had another positive experience. The hospital is modern, clean, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Ms. Lim Siew Hoon from the Health Screening Department. During our first visit in January, a few tests were missed, and she was incredibly helpful in resolving everything with kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Her assistance made a stressful situation much easier for our family. A few practical tips for future visitors: there’s no need to arrive too early, as the elevator lobby doors only open at 7:00 AM. Also, bring your own tumbler or water bottle, as there are water dispensers available throughout the hospital. Thank you to Dr. Donald, Dr. Michelle, Ms. Lim Siew Hoon, and the entire team for the excellent care and service.

Went to Penang for a heart check up & found out that dr. Donald Ang Swee Cheng has moved here. Wonderfully delighted of the new hospital's architecture, design, friendly staff & doctors, as well as its modern vibes. AC is cool, illumination is bright, everything is so new & clean! The service was fast & even the Wifi was exceptional. Will be referring people to come here in the future. All the best for Northern Heart Hospital!
