This was my first time registering at CMH Specialist Hospital Seremban for an ovarian ultrasound, accompanied by my mother and husband. I was very impressed with Dr. Lau Jihn Hwa. As a Deaf individual, communication is extremely important to me. Dr. Lau did not hesitate to remove his mask so I could read his facial expressions and lip movements. He explained everything very clearly and in detail, providing a lot of information about my condition. At the same time, he typed on the computer to ensure I fully understood. I felt very respected and understood throughout the consultation session. Truly professional and caring 👍🏻. Just a small feedback for improvement - during the initial check-in at the counter, the blood pressure monitor was fitted rather loosely, and my height measurement was also inaccurate. During the follow-up with the doctor, I had to correct my actual height. I hope the hospital can pay attention to ensure basic procedures are carried out more meticulously. Overall, the experience with the doctor was very good and satisfactory.
