I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic of KPJ Tawakkal Health Centre under the care of Dr. Siti Zaleha. Dr. Siti Zaleha is very gentle, soft-spoken, and reassuring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which really helps ease anxiety. I truly appreciate how she listens attentively and answers all my questions without rushing. The clinic environment is clean, comfortable, and well-organised. The nurses and staff are also friendly and professional, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care and would highly recommend Dr. Siti Zaleha to anyone looking for a compassionate and experienced gynae.
