25.9.24 My first Elective Czer Experience. I am a GBS pregnant mom who fight to have a last baby (since i am a late 30’s). I'm beyond grateful and blessed to meet Dr Siti Zaleha Ab Rahim as my gynae doctor. I been traumatized toward delivery process since i having bad experience before with another hospital. But this time, I so excited every time I attend the checkup session. Dr Siti gave a lot of useful advice and info throughout my pregnancy this time. I feel very calm. The surgical process went very smooth from the registeration, labour, warded and discharge. I’m so happy for my decision to choose KPJ Tawakkal this time. We just had the most heartwarming experience welcoming our baby boy on 24/09/2024 at KPJ Tawakal with Dr. Siti Zaleha leading the way. She’s not just a doctor; she’s like a mother taking care of her daughter—always there with loving advice and support. Dr. Siti patiently guided us through the entire process, explaining the differences between normal delivery and caesarean with such care that it felt like we were talking to family. Her gentle demeanor made all the difference during the C-section, and we always felt reassured and in good hands. Adding to this wonderful journey, Dr. Halimah, our pediatrician, was a true blessing. As first-time parents, we were naturally anxious, but Dr. Halimah provided the perfect guidance. She carefully explained our baby’s condition, advised us on the necessary treatments, and even helped us learn the basics of feeding our newborn—an absolute lifesaver since we were completely new to it all. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and gave us the confidence we needed to care for our baby. Plus, the nurses at the Lavender Maternity Ward were angels—attentive, super caring and also giving us a better advice as a new parents. To top it off, the maternity package was surprisingly affordable, and we even got the sweetest gift set that added a special touch to the whole experience. The best specialist hospital I have ever been. All of my 5 children were delivered here with DR Siti Zaleha. Very soft and informative doctor and always support you whenever needed some advice regarding gynae. All midwives and maternity staff were also really encouraging,caring, giving tips the best way of breast feeding and newborn were given skin to skin moment. Been to their physiotherapy centre as well where they have such a great team of physiotherapist who are caring, goal orientated on the patient's progress, treat us like close friend though they did tortured us to ensure you doing your rehab program right.
