I was admitted to Pantai Hospital KL for neck pain and had undergone treatment under Dr. Sureisen. Placed in Ward D615 (Orthopaedic) Dr. Sureisen is awesome, really good in his field. He listens and always explains every action he takes. I felt good and in good hands. Thanks Dr for your exceptional commitment to your patients. The ward D615 (orthopaedic) was super good. I have been admitted to this hospital several times and I must say that the team ( the nurses)here is really good. Helpful, lots of patience, courteous , fast to respond and very committed to their job. I personally think they should be applauded for doing such a great job. The physio team were equally great, Mr. Sangkar and the team superior service. Even the food delivery staff and the cleaners are good. I will sure recommend my family and friends to Pantai. Bravo to this whole team in D615 keep up the good work. The industry needs more teams like you, so patients get that confidence that they are in the right place. Doctor Sureisen is best doctor i consult for my spine injury , I had terrible back pain for years. After MRI, doctor Sureisen find out the problem with my L4/L5 and L5/S1 disc herniation and facet joint pain. Doctor Sureisen treated me without surgerical method with caudal epidurolysis and lumbar facet joint radio frequency abelation. I feel so much better after the procedure. I feel the pain instantly relief after 3 days of procedure. The procedure done in OT and I was given anesthesia during the procedure. After the procedure it was painless and able to walk in 8 hours of rest. The doctor give very detail explanation of procedures. I'm happy that I found Doctor Sureisen to treat my spine problem.

26 Feb 2024..still remembered the date I went to Pantai Hospital to see previous Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Pasupathy...I complained, my left fingers are painful and cannot grip, even very hard for me to button my shirt.. Earlier history...Dec 2013 I had an operation on my C5,C6 n C7 , where at my neck , there is a pleat n 6 screws. After Dr Pasu, examined me, he said I had another problem with my spine..Now my T1 is giving problem...my left fingers are weak..He then immediately called Dr Sureisen Mariappan to his clinic n both of the doctors explained to me in details.. According to Dr Pasu , this need to do endoscopy which Dr Sureisen Mariappan will handle my case. After a few follow up, we did MRI, CT SCAN N XRay, my C3 n C4 also shows something are not good..Dr Sureisen Mariappan suggested for an early operation.. I told Dr Sureisen, 17th to 30th March, I'm going to Japan..if I do the procedure before the date, I'm scare if anything happen in Japan, so we set the date...just after touch down to Malaysia, I'll go to Pantai Hospital n promised to do the procedure.. On 3rd , I admitted. My 10 hours procedures was at 4pm to 12pm on 040424....nice date.. haha... Dr Sureisen Mariappan is a very nice doctor, very helpful and very polite .. His nurse, Ms Mieza also is very helpful.. Thankful to Dr Pasupathy who referred me to Dr Sureisen.. really appreciated. Of coz, my left now is feeling better... Thanks to Allah too n of course family members, relatives n friends who pray for my Speedy recovery n all the positive vibes... Today..Monday 080424, I'll be discharged.....Yeahh... Wednesday 10th April 2024..I can celebrate my Hari Raya at HOME... Oops.... Thanks to Datuk Sanjiv, Datuk Satber n all the nurses at HDU, Ward D level 2 n the physio therapist. Tqtqtqtq
