In early August 2025, I woke up one morning and experienced so much excruciating pain and discomfort on the right side of my neck, shoulder and arm. I thought it was just a muscle pull but after ER visit and an MRI, turns out I had a prolapsed disc at C5/C6 — ouch! I was living with severe pain, numbness and tingling sensation on my right shoulder & arm for 3 weeks. After seeing Dr. Sureisen (recommended by my cardiologist Datuk Dr. Sanjiv Joshi), I felt like there was a light at the end of my pain tunnel. Dr. Sureisen is extremely kind, patient & informative, and he kept me at ease, reassuring me he would be able to help me. I opted to do ACDF surgery after consulting a few other spine surgeons and felt surgery was the best choice to ensure I have a better quality of life and correct my posture while I still can. Recommended doctor for spine problems. Thank you also to the nurses who are always patient. My mother has had L4 and L5 issues for years and finally received information to have surgery in Kuala Lumpur. She had surgery in April and is now much improved, although her legs still feel numb. i suffered with shoulder pain since covid time and got treatment with dr. sureisen. he is professional, (never a word i heard from Dr. saying stress or etc 😅 tho i knew myself the stiffness is also coming from stress and long hours with deskwork. he gives you immediate options/solution in order for you to recover as much as if you can recover with physio, cyro or change lifestyle thats the best. long hours wait but im okay.
