I highly recommend for people who has cancer to visit Beacon Hospital. All the doctors are very kind and they treat you as best friend. Also all the nurses are very friendly as well. Especially my primary Doctor Dato Ibrahim....he is very profesional. Special thanks to Dr Tengku, Dr Koon, Dr Felicia, Dr Goh, Dr Chong & Dr Naim. I would like to thank Ms Margaret, Ms Yanti, Dr Rajni, Ms Gurdip & Ms Joyce. Not forgetting the Wonderful team of Lily Ward nurses. Special thanks to Ibu Mina and Ibu Deborah for all their assistance. Helpful and lovely staff. In Beacon Hospital all are like family.

Very good and comfort hospital and great hospitality by them. Latest technology to treat cancer, with their Halcyon and Truebeam mechine.. PR Officer very friendly (Pn.Adha) ..the Doctor (Dr.Ng) very wellverse in their field and attach to the patient. I give 5 star in Malaysia and recommend to all. I also do my operation here with another doctor (Dr.Dato Mahesh), he is very experience and treat me well and look after me as well until now. Very good at all. The nurse (Ms.Kogi) also very helpful. For RT and chemo staff, they all give very good service .

I must say, Beacon Hospital has it's name cut out for her. Beacon has brought hope and much encouragement to my family. With my mom battling colon cancer, we were assured of a journey with hope with much patience and encouragement from Drs and nurses who attended to us. Dr. Ng Boon Huat and nurse Amabelle are most patient with my mom throughout her treatment and we truly thank God for sending them to help us in this difficult journey. I must also commend Ms. Jessica Yeo who helped introduce us to the hospital on Day 1 of our visit. She has been really helpful in answering all sorts of questions a new patient has. Besides our cancer treatment experience, my husband, daughter and I also had our health screening done in Beacon. Here, we met Ms. Mandy Lee who assisted to introduce and advise the various health packages according to our individual requirements. Appointments were arranged with no hassle by Mandy. We had a wonderful health screening experience in Beacon from registration to getting our reports. Staffs and Drs were gentle (no pain with needles- haha), friendly and professional in helping us through the tests and assessments. It's truly a thumbs up from my family. We're truly blessed by Beacon's services and CSR programme which had helped tremendously to lessen our financial load in this difficult season. We pray for God's blessings and rewards to shower bountifully on all Drs and staffs of Beacon Hospital. I am a Stage 4 cancer patient. I was originally receiving cancer treatment at a hospital in Ipoh. In the end, the hospital said that many medications had been tried and were ineffective for me. When they directly said I should see my family, I knew there was no good news. The hospital introduced my husband to palliative care, saying that if I was suffering or in pain, to call them, and someone would come to give me injections. I felt very disheartened. Fortunately, I met a kind person, Alex Lee, who gave me hope again. Alex Lee introduced me to Beacon Hospital. The staff at Beacon Hospital are very friendly, and Dr. Ng explained my condition very clearly. The hospital director is also very kind-hearted, and the food here is very healthy.

The service was very good. The ward meals are geared towards Chinese cuisine, with diverse choices for every meal. The ward environment is hygienic and has good soundproofing. Regarding treatment, Dr. NG's patient and professional approach has given me more confidence in my condition. He patiently and humbly communicates with patients, actively seeking more treatment options.
