I want to take the time to shout out to Dr Mohd Razali Zakaria (pediatric surgeon) for treating my son for intussusception. Dr. was half day last Friday, but he came back to check on my son and malam pun datang lagi to follow up. Thank you so much Dr. Razali for your amazing and selfless service. The hospital need major makeover though. Hospital is quite old, some areas of the hospital are broken (flooring), windows really dirty especially the pediatric ward. Took the whole day to settle Prudential insurance (6pm baru dapat balik although doctor said tghari boleh balik). But overall service okay je. Facilities sahaja kena update sikit.

Dr. Mohd Razali Zakaria The doctor is kind and polite....July 10, 2024 my child had surgery with him...after the surgery, thank God my child can have a normal bowel movement like other children...what is clear is that the doctor is good and cool...I am from Indonesia

Been there last week..appointment with Dr Razali, and was attended by the staff name Siti Mariah Jamil..She was helpful and very friendly..good job for her and the doctor as well.

On this occasion, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of KPJ Puteri for their kindness in caring for and looking after my son, Izzul Mateen Mikael. Special thanks go to the two doctors who were instrumental in his care, monitoring, and treatment until he recovered: Dr. Liew Zheyi and Dr. Razali Zakaria. Additionally, I extend my thanks to the very caring and kind pediatric team on Level 4, the ICU team, the physiotherapy team, the X-ray team, Nurse Munira from Dr. Liew's clinic, and finally, I must not forget the team who tirelessly cared for my son day and night for almost a month, the NICU team, along with Dr. Liew Zheyi. Alhamdulillah, my son is healthy thanks to all of you. Thank you once again for your love and care. May your hard work be rewarded with good deeds. Highly recommended 👍🫰

My sincere thanks to Doctor Razali to be so much humble to my immobilised son. He is the humblest doctor I ever seen in my lifetime. Having such a good hearted doctor is a credit to KPJ Puteri Johor.
