Saw the good review so I book an appointment for women screening with CAH Tebrau. 4 stars given instead of 5 because the toilet is very dirty, the senior nurse during mammogram was very rough and also due to the request I made was not totally given. Like I requested for all female doctor only but my breast ultrasound was done by a male doctor. My appointment starts at 9am and it ends around 12noon. Once you reach, head straight to the screening clinic located inside the hospital. Some staff speaks minium english some can speak better. Overall staff is friendly and helpful. Each station I go is pretty fast too. After all is done I went to the cafe to take an hour break while waiting for my results. Then after I went to see Dr Eliza for paps smear and review my report. She is a super nice and gentle doctor. And lastly, my other medical report is review by Dr Harpreet who is also a very nice and friendly doctor.

My experience with Dr. Eliza was truly exceptional. She's a top-notch gynecologist who combines expertise with genuine care. My C-section on January 2nd, 2025, went smoothly, and I felt confident in her hands. The entire process, from appointments to post-op care, was seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eliza. Today I had my postpartum check-up and pap smear, and as always, Dr. Eliza was thorough, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her for comprehensive gynecological care.

07/07/2022, - Experience blood spot while I'm early weeks pregnant. Walk in to check up to Gynecologist Doctor, greeted by friendly receptionist at emergency room. Easy access to waiting area, cafeteria, payment counters, washroom, pharmacy, doctor's office and they also provide a mini playground to children while parents waiting their turn. Nurses are caring and friendly. Me and my husband really satisfied with how Dr.Eliza and her assistant Nurse accommodating with our case. Unfortunately I've a silence miscarriage. With the doctor comfort and calmness helps me and my husband to handle it well. We truly appreciated how Dr. Eliza kindly explained to us how it occured, the possible reasons and she generously gives us more information to help us understand the situation, because after the news me and husband a bit shocked and have no idea what we want to ask from the doctor. However, with Dr. Eliza she make it easier to both us. Thank you Dr. Eliza and Nurse, thank you for the best hospitality Colombia Asia Hospital, Tebrau. Looking forward to our next appointment.
