It was pleasant with all the good treatment from Dr Rohaini and all the nurses especially Hidayahtie and Zainur and Sister Aine. Thank you Columbia!

I came to Columbia Asia Iskandar Puteri to avoid negative vibes and bad treatment from government nurses. Every month check up with doctor Rohaini and her nurse very well and politely. The nurse at station B is also very soft spoken, humble and polite. Until the day of delivery nurse at labor room also very give a good service. excellent experience with doctor Rohaini, nurse station B and nurse at labor room until discharge. I will never forget the kind nurse that treated me well. I'm very comfortable with the environment. All the cashier staff and pharmacy were also nice to me. But when checking up for newborn after delivery, some nurses at station A(next to the cashier dept) were rude and not softly spoken. Please check and filter them. Please improve your service, we are not paying you for bad service. Please remind them and improve their good communication to patients when asking questions. I caught 2 nurses who were rude. If needed, wearing name tags is a must! Don't let a speck of tilapia spoil the milk in the pot. We don't want rude nurses working there and ruining the mood for us to come to your hospital again. Don't expect the patient to understand all the steps, if they understood we wouldn't ask. Don't reply "first time crew to come" with a fake facial expression. The other nurses are nice and don't speak like madam. Then, it doesn't matter if the person comes for the first time or many times, answer well. Don't expect the patient to understand. Again, a first mom like me. If you're tired, take leave/quit work from Columbia Asia. Not for bad services like government.

Dr. Rohaini, Dr. Razlin, and the MD3 Ward staff were very friendly, helpful, gentle, and readily assisted my wife who had just given birth. My baby was doted on like precious oil here. An estimated total cost was provided before admission. The room was clean, comfortable, and filtered water was easily accessible at all times. The food was delicious, tasty, and delectable. If my wife was too tired to handle the baby, the nursery could be requested to care for him/her. My wife felt like a princess during her stay here. You get what you pay for. Nora gives 5 stars.

I took maternity package back in April with Dr Rohaini and Dr Azhar for my baby. Both doctors are excellent, especially Dr Rohaini. She’s very nice and warmth. The nurses in the delivery room were all helpful, making my labor experience smoother. I wish the management may improve on the facilities such as providing a more comfortable chair for husband in the labour room. Otherwise it was a great experience
