I am very proud of Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan. The specialist doctor Dr. Kosyila very good , the staff and the facilities are all modern and advanced. Customer Care staff Alyani is very empathetic towards patients.She patiently guides them on how to use the Columbia app and provides excellent service. Cafe food all delicious ! so in love ❤️

I underwent a free eye screening for patients aged 50 and above (luckily I qualified, otherwise I would have had to wait a few more years) 😄 Thousands of thanks to Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan, Dr. Kosyila, the nurses, and all the staff who were very helpful. The service was truly top-notch, I felt like a VIP! Customer Care Alyani was also excellent. Her explanations were clear, she even taught me how to use the app. I didn't have time to get confused, I understood immediately. As someone who is a bit of a "veteran," I felt very comfortable because everything was explained in a relaxed, easy, and straight-to-the-point manner. It was really cool!

Dr Kosyilya is an excellent ophthalmologist very kind patient and attentive. We're very grateful to this doctor for successfully performing my wife's cataract surgery. We truly happy with the care and service. Thank you so much for PCA Geetha to guiding as well.
