I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Chan Hui Tze, Ophthalmologist, for her exceptional care and dedication in treating my chronic bacterial eye infection. From the very beginning, she provided a clear and insightful recovery plan and worked closely with the nursing team to ensure I received my medication on time, despite the demanding schedule of eye drops every 30 minutes, day and night. She monitored my condition diligently, often examining my eye more than twice a day, and patiently walked me through each stage of my recovery, highlighting even the smallest signs of improvement. As my condition progressed, Dr. Chan thoughtfully adjusted my treatment plan, including reducing the frequency of nighttime medication to allow me longer periods of rest while maintaining effective care. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being gave me confidence throughout the recovery process. Without her expertise, commitment, and compassionate care, I believe my recovery would have taken much longer, and I may not have been discharged as soon as I was. I am deeply thankful for the outstanding treatment and support she provided during my hospitalization.

Excellent services provided by Dr Chan Hui Tze. Willing to come on Sunday to attend my emergency case. Nurses and emergency doc who supported me on 30th Nov.Not forget ALL staff nurses from ward 8B bed 853A level 8 who assisted and helped to drop an eyedrops every 1 hour when i started warded on 30th Nov. Semua baik baik. I hope the hospital management can appreciate them and give them appreciation award.
