I went to the Emergency Department in the evening, and I just want to thank everyone for their great service! From the registration counter to Staff Nurse Joshua at triage, and later Dr. Zulkifli and Staff Nurse Elvira who took care of me — all of them were so kind, professional, and caring. I really appreciate the help and support I received. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant experience even though I wasn’t feeling well! 💖 Although it was busy and packed with patients, the nurses handled the situation very well. I truly understand that we needed to wait a little because many patients arrived at the same time.

I came in for a comprehensive medical exam, fully expecting it to take most of the day (as these things usually do). To my surprise, the entire process was handled incredibly efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. I was done much faster than I expected.
