The emergency department under Dr. Zul was very satisfactory. The service was fast. Medical record Mr. Daryl's process was quick and very helpful for the medical report.

From the registration counter to Staff Nurse Joshua at triage, and later Dr. Zulkifli and Staff Nurse Elvira who took care of me — all of them were so kind, professional, and caring. I really appreciate the help and support I received. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant experience even though I wasn’t feeling well! 💖 Although it was busy and packed with patients, the nurses handled the situation very well. I truly understand that we needed to wait a little because many patients arrived at the same time.
