I would like to express my sincere appreciation to physiotherapist Siti from TAGS in Alty Hospital whose dedication truly stands out. From the very first consultation, it was evident that her patient care for me was not treated as a routine, but as a personal responsibility. Siti treats her job with full of passion that translates it to patience and logic when explaining the condition that I am having and the actions that I have to take to improve my situation. I’ve had so many physiotherapist throughout my life but Siti from Alty’s physiotherapy centre TAGS is one of the bests that I’ve ever had. Each session is just an hour but is always fully utilised. Her commitment is exemplary, possessing strong technical knowledge especially for spine issues. She communicates very well and I have improved a lot ever since seeing her for physiotherapy. Overall, she goes above and beyond her job to make sure that I am well informed of my condition, why a certain physiotherapy treatment is needed and she follows up with me, making sure that the exercises I am doing is correct and accurate. Last but not least, a big thanks to Orthopedic doctor Dr. Wong Chung Chek. It is because of his strong technical skills in diagnosing me that led me to be able to be connected to Siti which makes me feel that I have found the best doctor and physiotherapist to treat spine my condition.
