Before her admission under Dr Najmi, we first consulted Dr Khor regarding the permanent catheter insertion for my mother. Dr Khor was professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure. He also proactively liaised with Dr Najmi to arrange the admission smoothly, which gave our family great reassurance during a very stressful time. During her stay, Dr Najmi managed my mother’s gastro and liver condition with exceptional dedication and care. He was attentive, meticulous, and clear in explaining her condition, treatment plan, and progress. When a cardiac issue was identified, he promptly referred her to Dr Kwan, ensuring timely and appropriate cardiology assessment. Dr Kwan explained the cardiac findings and management clearly and patiently, helping us understand the situation and feel reassured. What truly touched us was that Dr Khor, Dr Najmi, and Dr Kwan personally contacted me by phone to update me on my mother’s condition, treatment plan, and daily progress. This level of personal communication, compassion, and commitment is extraordinary and deeply appreciated. thank you dr kwan yew fung (cardiologist) . he listen carefully about my symptoms and always doing his best to treat my symptoms! not to mention dr avreena (rheumatologist) is very gentle i don't think i have ever met a dr as gentle as her. all the doctors here are very kind and attentive. they would always explain things clearly making me felt reassured. i stayed in ward 6c and all the nurses are very kind. they're also really gentle. they would talk to me and make my all nervousness away!

I was admitted for two conditions, chest pain and a prostate issue and had a very positive experience. The cardiologist Dr. Kwan, was attentive and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain each test and ensured a thorough and precise evaluation of my condition. I appreciated his consistent follow-ups and genuine care throughout my stay as he frequently drop by to visit me. The urologist, Dr. Siva was equally thorough and clear in guiding me through the required procedures. He went the extra mile by actively following up with my insurer, AIA, to expedite approval when delays occurred. Overall, the hospital is fortunate to have such dedicated and responsible doctors. The nurses and staff were professional, and the facility was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. As a relatively new centre, I hope they continue to maintain these high standards in the years ahead.
