This is an excellent hospital. I had a painful, suppurating lump on my back and was in distress. In the evening, I consulted with Ms. Chan, the translator. She can read and write Japanese as fluently as a native speaker. She then arranged an appointment with the surgeon for the following morning. Ms. Chan accompanied me during the consultation, and everything proceeded smoothly. The surgeon (Dr. Hugh Goh) arranged for the operating room in the afternoon and performed the procedure. I was startled when I was told that individuals over 75 years old cannot receive injectable anesthesia, but they provided a solution that numbed the pain immediately after excision. The one-hour surgery was completed successfully without any pain. Today, two days later, they changed the bandage and performed the wound suturing.

My experience from A&E till my stay with Parkcity have been 95% positive. The 5% gap was professionally addressed by Taasha and Sister Asha who were empathetic and prompt. I came in for appendicitis and Dr Hugh was so patient - he visited me 2x/day and explained my situation/symptoms very thoroughly. The nurses at 7B are the kindest and nicest. Im pleasantly surprised by the service by Parkcity. My friend has also been admitted her for a cyst removal. She shared the same sentiments about the team of nurses here. Thank you!

First experience here going to the ER and only realized how similar the place was to the one in Subang Jaya. Whole process going in and out of the ER was roughly 2 hours but it was a busy night and the nurses and doctor on duty were good is finding out my condition. Subsequently came back the next day to be scheduled for a small surgery with Doctor Hugh Goh who I highly recommend because he helped to find out the cause and explained to me what he found out after the surgery coupled with what I needed to do for recovery. The nurses here are super friendly and caring. They will go around the clock to check on your vitals. Going to the operating theatre the anesthetist explained clearly what she was going to do and presented options. There was a real sense of teamwork from what I observed at least before I passed out from the anesthesia. It’s been a pleasant stay here even when boarding with another in the same room. I was lucky the man is friendly and oh do remember to bring earplugs in case they snore. I brought my own but the nurses gave me one knowing the person snores.
