I was admitted to the Surgical ward on 3rd floor of Block B. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and attendants at the male surgical ward for providing absolutely excellent care during my stay. Special thanks to Dr. Shankar Gunarasa, colorectal surgeon for everything. He was professional, he provided personalized care for me and was compassionate in doing his job. Also a big thank you for the wound care team, especially Neo who has been encouraging me during my recovery period. Will definitely visit here again if it's necessary again. The hospital itself has been upgraded with a new multi storey car park, a eatery zone at the car park block (block D) and other modernized facilities. Staff here are dedicated and friendly, something important if you're seeking for care.

She explained each step of the process clearly, which helped alleviate my anxiety. The needle insertion was quick & almost painless, thanks to her expertise👍⭐ Overall, my experience at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh was outstanding! Dr.Shankar Gunarasa have been very caring person & very kind to me..Willing to hear my health problem's patiently & did all the necessary procedures & treatment's to find the root cause of my decease & also provide best consultation. I can see the desire on him to solve my long standing problem. Besides, he never miss to see the patient twice or thrice/day. I feel very comfortable to discuss my health condition with him. Definitely will recommend to him if anyone of my contacts needs to. Beside, all the nurses here has been very kind to me also & assisting me for the medication. And the food is ok. Overall the hospitality in PHAK is good.
