From admission to discharge, the team was professional, kind, and very attentive. Dr Wong explained the procedure clearly and made sure our family felt reassured and informed. The nurses at Lily Ward were incredibly patient, gentle, and responsive, which made my father feel safe and comfortable throughout his stay.
