My first meeting with Dr. Chang was when my child was 40 days old, because my child was suspected of having a heart defect in their hometown. After we had it checked, it turned out my child's heart was fine, only experiencing shortness of breath due to cow's milk allergy. Since then, Dr. Chang has always been our pediatrician whenever my child is sick. Dr. Chang is very professional in performing procedures such as drawing blood, swabbing, or suctioning. This was my first time at Regency Hospital, and compared to my eldest son's previous hospitals, I was very satisfied with all the services offered. 👍👍 The nurses at A&E were incredibly skilled at inserting IV lines for my child; they did it perfectly on the first try. As parents, we naturally feel anxious, but the excellent skills of the medical staff here gave us a lot of peace of mind. Dr. Chang was also very patient and explained everything. My check-in was on a Sunday, but A&E quickly called Dr. Chang back, and the entire process from admission to entering the ward took only about one hour. During that short time (just one hour for water), all the necessary tests (blood test, flu test, urine and stool samples) were completed. Every nurse in the infant department was wonderful; they introduced themselves and were always willing to help during shift changes. Overall, a very good experience! ❤️❤️

Excellent service and fast efficiency Grateful to Dr. Chang in pediatrics, the doctor was fantastic ❤️ Even during the New Year period, the doctor still came to see my baby, always available and providing detailed and thorough explanations. The nurses were all very gentle and tried their best to accommodate any needs.
