Had a very good experience at KPJ Pasir Gudang. The service from all staff, including the MAs and doctors, from the Emergency Department to the pediatric ward was excellent. The only downside was the waiting time from ED to ward admission, which took quite a while due to full beds. However, it was still manageable and understandable. The room was, clean, and comfortable, and the toilet was also very clean. Tiptop! Special thanks to Dr. Franky, who is very kind, experienced, and handles kids extremely well, very friendly and reassuring. Also appreciate Customer Service staff, Syahirah Ramadhani, for being very polite and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

The doctor's service and all the staff are satisfactory. The food service and cleanliness are also top notch. The food at Mr. Raja and Gloria's cafe is also top notch. Thanks to Dr. Frienky and all the nurses at level 7 who took care of my children.
