Best and fastest service..my son has been receiving treatment from Dr Frienky since he was 2 months old until now he is 3 years old. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service also asks about the patient's health and problems every day. I give it 5 stars❤️

Send my son here at KPJ PG. Admitted into Sapphire ward. Thanks to Dr Frienky and all nurses who treated my son 😀. They performed complete physical checkup and very friendly. Food was great too for me and my baby. Also, several months later send my son again. This time with Dr Aziz Rahman also gives good care to my son. Had a very good experience at KPJ Pasir Gudang. The service from all staff, including the MAs and doctors, from the Emergency Department to the pediatric ward was excellent. The only downside was the waiting time from ED to ward admission, which took quite a while due to full beds. However, it was still manageable and understandable. The room was, clean, and comfortable, and the toilet was also very clean. Tiptop! Special thanks to Dr. Franky, who is very kind, experienced, and handles kids extremely well, very friendly and reassuring. Also appreciate Customer Service staff, Syahirah Ramadhani, for being very polite and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

My 8-year-old daughter was admitted under the Paediatrics Department at KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital and was treated by Dr Frienky. Overall, our experience was very good. Dr Frienky was kind, professional, and gentle with my daughter. He explained her condition clearly and made us feel reassured as parents. The nurses were also caring and attentive.
