1. The surgery of my mother was very successful (under Dato’ Dr. Mohd Nazeri Nordin) 2. Not only the Doctor and his team yet the entire nurses team are very helpful, kind, patience and very attentive to detail. There makes us felt we are not alone and always covered us with the meaningful assistance all the time. 3. Whenever you have questions, they will always happy to help me to get to where I wanted to be for the procedure or to the specific department / location. Even the guard are very kindness. One day, a guard saw me keep sweating and was stop for a while due to my overweight luggage (I was used to walk about 20 minutes from the nearby hotel to the hospital). At first, I thought he stopped me for checking on the luggage. After I have unzip and let him seeing what is inside the luggage, he just smile and said that he has no intention and not interested to know what is inside my luggage but he just called me to stop for a while and to tell me that there is a lift (just few steps away). When I refused and keep walking, he asked me to walk slowly and do not rush. Very touching. This is the first time I am experienced that from a guard! 4. I can even got the chance to know new friends at IJN. Two of them were my best friends but sadly I do not dare to request their phone number for future connection in the purpose to maintain the good friends relationship. I am highly recommended to anyone who are looking for heart surgery at IJN. Stay healthy and happy as always :)
