Dr. Teo Beng Thing is a very meticulous doctor with strong analytical skills. He clearly explains all potential surgical risks. As an AIA insurance agent, I have frequently referred customers to him since 2018, and they have all reported excellent experiences. Dr. Teo is a specialist in Neurosurgery (Brain and Spine). My husband accidentally fell down the stairs in November 2020. Two days later, he experienced paralysis and pain in his lower body. Sensing something was wrong, I brought him to see Dr. Teo. It turned out that a cartilage in his cervical spine was compressing a nerve. There were also issues with the small joints in his thoracic spine. Dr. Teo recommended medication, with surgery as an option if it didn't improve. I myself had a fall at the front of my company in early 2017, spraining my ankle and injuring my elbow. Although the wounds healed, my hand continued to ache intermittently. I saw two clinics, and the doctors said it was nothing. However, between April and May 2021, the pain and numbness in the back of my hand became more frequent, prompting me to see Dr. Teo. It was discovered that cartilage in one of my cervical vertebrae was pressing on a small nerve, causing the pain. Another vertebra was pressing on a major nerve, which carried a risk of stroke and paralysis. Fortunately, I received timely treatment; otherwise, the consequences could have been severe. I am now one week post-surgery and recovering. The nurses here are also very gentle and caring towards patients. I am grateful to Nurse Jessie and Nurse Ann for sharing videos on post-operative care and exercises. They also call to remind us about appointments. During my 8 days in the hospital, I witnessed the doctor's dedication. He would return home to rest at 8 PM and arrive at the hospital by 7 AM to check on patients, visiting twice daily to provide care and encouragement.

Dr. Teo beng tiong listens when I speak to him. He asks for my opinion and includes me in decision making. Has a great sense of humor and makes his patients feel special. He attempts to problem solve when we discuss my herniated disc on my lower back that is a result of the last revision of my mri scanning in my lower back,and thank you for his Super assistant ann she was a very friendly person do help me do all the arrangement with patient,highly recommend to who’s need to advise to a neurol spinal doctor.

I had a cervical spine surgery with Dr teo Beng Tiong. My numbness on my left thumb disappeared after few months, I do not have any shoulder and neck pain anymore. I feel so thankful to Dr Teo. He is very friendly and always listen to me. The follow-up treatment is efficient. The overall service is very good, especially the counter staff Ms Ann, Ms Jesse and Ms Fateha, they are always being patient and friendly every time when I visit to the clinic. They are always there to answer my questions even when they are busy, even come to me when there are many patients are waiting.
