YM Prof Dr Raja Amin was my cardiothoracic surgeon when I underwent a CABG operation at Johor Specialist Hospital way back in 2006. A kindly man, he answered all my questions, pertinent or otherwise with such assurance that I never doubted him and his team. The only thing he got "wrong" so far was when upon questioned during a follow-up appointment, he assured me that the newly grafted arteries would be good for another 10 years (can't recall if he did say at most or at least, if at all). August 2026 will mark the 20th anniversary. If he was wrong then it was never a stain on his exemplary reputation. Thank you Doc.
