I’m incredibly grateful to have had such an exceptional Dr Kiren Sidhu guiding me through one of the most challenging journeys of my life - delivering my preemie baby. From the very beginning, she was decisive and provided the most practical, clear-headed advice, which made all the difference during moments of uncertainty and difficult decisions. Her depth of knowledge and experience gave me immense confidence. She was always able to anticipate potential complications and address unforeseen situations calmly and effectively. Beyond her expertise, she is genuinely pleasant, refreshingly no-nonsense, and someone you can fully trust. Truly a woman’s best friend in the most critical moments and effortlessly gorgeous too! What stood out just as much was her leadership. She has built a team of nurses who reflect her values - efficient, thoughtful, and deeply caring. The entire experience felt supported, coordinated, and compassionate. Dr Kiren also went above and beyond behind the scenes, putting in tremendous effort to make crucial arrangements that were vital to the success of my journey and so many other mothers’. I truly felt that her dedication sometimes came at the expense of her own rest and well-being. Her commitment to this profession is remarkable, and she genuinely makes the experience of bringing life into the world more beautiful. I had my baby at Pantai Hospital under the care of Dr Kiren Sidhu, who was truly exceptional. The postnatal care at the hospital, as well as the support we received at home, was outstanding. It made a huge difference in helping both of us feel calm, confident, and reassured about how our baby is progressing.

The hospital’s facilities are generally good, though they do show some signs of age. The staff are incredibly experienced and kind, making the entire experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kirin for anyone expecting a baby—her professionalism and knowledge in obstetrics and gynecology are outstanding. Midwife Guljeeth in the labor ward is exceptionally experienced; she helped a lot through the labor process, starting things off before the doctor arrived and easing the pain significantly. The anesthesiologist was very professional and quick to respond, which was a relief. The staff overall are very helpful, and I can’t thank the International Patient Centre enough—especially Shamini, who went above and beyond to sort out our visa extension. Prices are reasonable too, making this a great choice for international patients. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything
