My daughter was admitted on the 14/08/24 -16/08/24 at BTMC for Influenza A and mycoplasma infection under dr Jovithra. Starts from ED - The Triaging process was so fast and was triaged to Redzone d/t high temp, attended immediately by Dr Sangeetha . The staff Nurses were very alert and knew what to do at once. Thank you, Sn Ain and Sn Ellie for taking care of my child while waiting for admission in ED. Thank you Sister Parames for arranging bed for my child , didn't have to wait long in ED . Thank you Mr. Syahrizan for escalating the insurance process . Well done ED Team ! MDW : Thank you so much for taking care of my child that night . Till today my child still talks about the nurses in MDW - Their patience and empathy were outstanding and greatly appreciated. Last but not least -- my daughter's favorite doctor Dr. Jovithra , Heartful thank you for treating her till she recovered. My child was very weak when I brought her to the emergency deparment. Emergency doctor Sangita attended to her immediately and explained regarding my child’s condition well. The nurse incharge staff Mimi also took care well. Thank you BTMC.

Always been a good experience in this hospital, it's the reason I keep returning..love the Dr's, nurses and the service given here. Always fast and efficient. Have Always loved Dr.Jovi and my son loves her too! When she's not around our choice has always been dr.joyce..she's very caring and skillful like dr jovi too! Nurses at paeds ward, MDW have always been very attentive and genuinely kind..this time, would like to leave a special review for dr sangeetha from ED. she has an exceptional skill in inserting IV line for my son..she always knows how to keep my boy calm, and insert the line fast and successfully at just 1 try..never heard my boy cry with her..she has a very calming joyful aura! Thank you dr sangeetha, dr jovi, dr Joyce, and all the nurses of paeds and MDW wards. Also, Thanks to Emma from customer service too! She's very pleasant, professional and kind! 21/7 Customer service Ms lim has always been very friendly, very attentive and professional..has always greeted me with a happy face every visit..

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Sangeetha and Dr. Syafiq for their professional services and clear explanations, as well as to the nurses who cared for me (Angie, Nabila, Shida, and Ellie). They requested my ID confirmation to guarantee that the patient and treatment are being provided appropriately. For me it is good which I can feel safety during my treatment given. I was instructed to press the call bell button for assistance, as I feel extremely sleepy after receiving the painkiller injection. Saras, who was part of the staff, served my meal and offered to heat my porridge. Wow.. awesome! Thank you BTMC ED staff for your excellent service.
