Nurse, facility & services: 5 ⭐ Food: certain meals can be too salty. 4 ⭐ Admissions & discharge in respect of insurance claim: very slow. I had to wait 6 hours before being given a bed. Discharge process takes time too or maybe the doctor was trying to rip off my insurance because i was hold for another day despite me being very clear i wanted to be discharged the day before. 3 ⭐ Asyraf from Radiology: very kind, gentle & considerate. He's so respectful to me throughout his service. 5 ⭐ Amirrul from Rehabilitation: the best physio experience ever. He explains & shares so many things to me. I gain a lot of useful knowledge from him. He also encourage me to do take-home exercise every day. Please raise his salary 👏🏻 1000⭐ Dr Malini from Sports Medicine: she assessed my condition gently and thoroughly and then proceed to explaining the whole situation VERY CLEARLY. I appreciate her using simple terms & not overwhelmed us by jargons. Love that! 5 ⭐ Dr Muru from Orthopedic: he was kind in the beginning & explain my condition nicely. But when he hold me for another day in the ward with an excuse that it's already night for discharge process, I felt something is not right. After he told me the cost of operations i said the amount has exceeded my insurance coverage & i would need to go to other hospital within my means. Dr Muru tried to help by getting in touch with his friend in HKL & according to Dr Muru's nurse i will have a surgery within 10 days and I have to wait for HKL nurse to call me. 5 days after that i still haven't received any call from HKL nurse so I got in touch with Dr Muru's clinic. The nurse said she'll ask Dr Muru about it. Days went by without any update nor phone calls. Until Friday i kept calling Dr Muru and HKL trying to confirm the said arrangement but to no avail. In the end, i finally got to call Dr Muru on Friday 4pm. He admitted that he got all the messages & queries from his nurse and PROCEED TO SCOLD ME. i was extremely shocked by this bcs this attitude is the total opposite of Dr Muru i met the week before. He raised his voice and repeatedly say he cannot arrange everything for me & there's nothing else he can do. I was so dumbfounded by this bcs HAD HE OR HIS CLINIC CALLED ME 3 days earlier, I would have tried other ways to get the treatment. But NOBODY CALLED ME TO SAY SO. Now all I'm getting is scorn by Dr Muru & still in pain. So, no thank you for Dr Muru's service..avoid him at all cost. He is dishonest with his words 👎🏻 0 ⭐

Columbia Asia is the best hospital I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful. Doctor Man who treated my back pain is very expert and I recovered in a short time. Qistina from the finance department is also very helpful in the payment process and makes it easy for me.

One of my favourite to go medical care. Customer care I choosed Columbia Cheras for my second delivery due to bad experience during my first delivery. This was my 3 rd visit ( 1st visit in 2021 with Dr Mann for tendon rupture surgery and 2nd was with Dr Shidah for granulation tissue removal after my first delivery). Everything was smooth from the day 1 one visited my gynae Dr Shidah. She is excellent and cares me well. Well the team at labour room another support pillar for me. They were very supportive and took care of me well throughout the entire process. Infact onf of midwife (Mdm Rohani) visited me once i got into ward to check on my whereabouts. Special thanks to you Rohani. Nurses at ward and Nurses at nursery are very supportive as well. Thanks again Columbia Cheras for wonderful care.

My 1st day here was stressful due to an irresponsible neighbour (2 bedded-room sharing) but things turned into an almost perfect stay for us. We are grateful for Mr Mani to assure us of better service which he did, wonderfully. A big thanks to this team here and we like what we saw here. You have win us over. Normally hospital food is rather bland and unassuming, but not in this hospital. Their chef has acknowledged our feedback concerning 'heavily salted' and since then, the meals are absolutely tasty, flavourful and we were just shocked that it comes out so well. Another round of applause to the Catering Team for whipping up Five Star Western Meals on a daily basis, which is our favourite! Just wished this hospital to be consistent in your service for all upcoming patients and your team-members is key to your success. Do take care of your young workforce. A big thanks to - Mr Mani, Puan Siti, Ms Ranveer, MD6 team, Catering Team, Housekeeping Team for ensuring our bins and toilet is cleaned. Cannot name so many names here but in my letter of gratitude to Mr Mani has said it all. I will be back to check on you guys! To the HR Team, pls reward the Nursing Team of MD6. Their hard work deserves a big pat on their already heavy shoulder. Once again, fullest respect and love to Dr Khoo for your wonderful work. Thank you to Dr Tan (anaesthesia) for your right dosage and excellent intubing to a patient with thyroid. No pain at all once woken up from op. Another expert in this hospital. To the other Dr Nagapan (anaesthesia), your assessment of her thyroid and explanation prior surgery was very well explained despite the nervousness during surgery day. But, you did it! Hooray! Thanks to all, we are leaving here after 4 nights and will miss your smiles and friendliness. God Bless!
