Dr. Maryam is very professional, caring, and always provides clear explanations, making my wife and I feel at ease. The staff and nurses were also very helpful and friendly. I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Maryam is wise and friendly and fluent in English. All of the staff was helpful, heart-warming and smiling. You feel welcome. The Dr. accepts the individual patient's needs and wishes, listens closely with empathy and does not talk you into taking extra tests that you don't want. She just gives recommendations with pros and cons so it does not feel like a selling machine hospital like many others. The interior is warm and calming. They have experience with complicated cases. Also the staff understood English. The doctor's attitude nowadays is rare to find, a treasure. No rush during talking and finding right solutions with efficiency. The pharmacy staff was helpful and experienced too. I got all paperwork that I needed without long talks or hassle. The staff is relaxed too and patient. I wish worldwide hospitals could learn from this one.
