Had a very pleasant experience with the nurse staff and Dr Malisa Ami team, they were very accomodating and professional with my son throughout the past 2 days, really appreciate their hospitality. I can say they really care about their patients well being and it shows in their service. On a side note, a little critique about the CS hotline operator who answered my call. I know its public holiday and I'm aware that private clinics are usually not open, but that doesnt mean it condones you cutting me off mid-sentence and and answering in a cold, rude manner. I mean thats the whole point of the call, to 100% make sure if its open or not, whether I can get a proper consultation, despite the publica holiday hours. so whats with the condescending tone? Please do better next time.

Dr. Yong is a very friendly, patient and knowledgeable doctor. He clearly explained my eye condition and suggested a safe and cost-effective treatment plan. Would like to thank Ms. Emily (optometrist) for your assessment and examination as well. Highly recommended.

Love Dr. Malisa (Eye) & Dr. Noor Liza Ishak (ENT). They are very professional and friendly. However, I think it's quite easy to mistaken between sunway medical centre damansara and sunway specialist centre damansara. (?) I don't think I'm able to differentiate until this stage. The person handling whatsapp should be trained well for this, as they sounded really annoyed.

Dr Malisa very good & committed. Overall environment is cozy & comfortable.

I did ICL Eyes Surgery here. Dr Malisa, Miss Emily and the Indian Nurses Miss Devi are helpful n polite. I will recommend friends to come.
