I had a very positive experience at KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital. The hospitality was genuinely good — the nurses were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. I was under the care of Dato’ Marina, who was not only an excellent doctor but also very reassuring throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the ward was consistently well-maintained too. What touched me the most was the thoughtful gesture from Pn. Aini from Customer Care & Experience. I happened to be admitted on my birthday, and she personally came over to deliver a birthday gift. It was such a heartfelt surprise. The food is also excellent, and great service from Cik Asna. Overall, thank you KPJ Seremban for the care, warmth, and professionalism. Truly appreciated.

The experience of being admitted to the Seri Selasih ward in 2022 under Prof Dr Syah Irwan made me choose to be admitted to the Sri Selasih ward in April 2023 under Dato Dr Marina. Both doctors are great with clear explanations and the best treatment. The service staff at the Selasih ward is really tip top. Sr. Azimah and the Selasih ward staff are well trained, friendly, polite and empathetic. Always offering help with a sincere smile. Bed sheets are changed every day. Toilets are cleaned every day. The food is delicious. Every time the nurse staff serves medicine, they will tell me the names of the medicines that are served to me. Likewise with the anesthetist Dr. Azizul, he is the best. The head nurse and operating room staff, MO especially Dr Nadzrul, A&E staff, x-ray staff, physio staff and speech therapy staff are also the best and well trained. I am very satisfied with the service at kpj seremban specialist hospital. I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommended...to Sr Azimah and all staff ward sri selasih All the best keep smiling and ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I was admitted to KPJ Seremban because of Trigeminal Neuralgia (more like nerve pain), treated by Dato Dr Marina. The first doctor who diagnosed me correctly and solved the problem I was facing for 10 days (previously 4 specialist doctors could not find an answer). Very clear and calming explanation. My treatment was given in Sri Menanti ward, Room 347. The ward is very comfortable and the staff are very kind and friendly. All the nurses are good, I feel like my mouth is burning, I ask for ice water and cold water, sorry for bothering everyone but all the staff never complained and instead helped me and served me because of me. Alhamdulillah I feel very comfortable and calm, even though my emotions are a bit disturbed by the pain. Thank you KPJ and the staff involved, I really appreciate it. Not to forget the Chef who serves very delicious food every day, making me want to post it on social media every day because it is so delicious!!! My friends are already asking where I got the treatment because the food is like a 5-star hotel!!!! My weight has dropped even though I eat deliciously and amazingly my sugar readings are also down and my BP is under control.. inshaallah can the chef release a healthy KPJ recipe book so I can follow the correct diet rules?
