Went there due to neurological disorder like tingling, sensation & numbness. Made appointment with neurologist, after met her she suggest to do MRI. She ask me when to admit then I straight away confirm to admit by the same day. Without further delay she request for GL from my insurance. Everything went smooth from admission until discharge. Fast admission & fast disharge process, the fastest as compared to other 3 hospital I was admitted before this.Nurses & staffs are polite. Dr Loh Pe Kei was so professional, listen to my problems, do the necessary things, expedite the process & didn't request unnecessary things like Sunway Medical Centre do. Ara Damansara Medical Centre Will be our favourite's family hospital from now onwards.The only constrain is only one cafe available at ground floor, please provide more cafe in future.Tq

I decided to just do my follow-ups here for it being closed to my house and the hospitality provided by Dr Ainon Mokhtar, Rheumatologist. It is very important to have a Rheumatologist who is expert in complex diseases and ‘willing to listen’ to patients. Dr Ainon is the doctor thus far. She takes her time explaining the conditions to me, discuss treatment plan and make informed decision before starting treatment plan, I feel so comfortable with her professionalism & approach. All 5-star to Dr Ainon and to all the doctors referred by her namely Dr Norazah Abdul Rahman (paling happening), Dr Loh Pei Kee, Dr Abdul Fattah, all imaging staffs are wonderfully friendly too! I was admitted due to sudden severe headache and chest pain at 4am and was referred to Dr Loh Pei Kei and Dr. Liew Chee Koon. Both were super efficient, very attentive, their clear explanation made me feel very comfortable even though in pain. Their services were efficient within 24 hours with all the machine tests the doctors were able to diagnose my condition n proposed a treatment plan. All the nurses at WARD 2 from 4 -7 August assisting me were very friendly and warmth. Only area to improve is the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist Lila was not able to explain well when I asked what to avoid when taking certain medicine. She needs to improve on her communication and product infomation
