Admitted for 5 days at KPJ Tawakkal at Azalea’s ward. Had a great treatment and experience with the nurses and special thanks to Dr Khoo Khay Tim

I was admitted to KPJ Tawakal Hospital from 26 April 2026 until now (5 May 2026) and I am still receiving treatment here in Ward Carnation, Room 819. I felt it is important for me to share my experience while I am still here, because the care I have received has truly been beyond my expectations. From the moment I was admitted, I was treated with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Being in pain and going through a difficult medical situation is never easy, but the team here made the entire journey much more bearable for me. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr Khoo. He is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind, calm, and reassuring. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and guided me through every step of the treatment. His approach gave me confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time. I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful nursing team — Hafizah, Cynthia, Maisarah, Salina, Farida, Aisyah, Shana, Sakinah, Syazilah, Baizura, Nasibah, Huda, Aiman Nadiah, Izati, Nasuha, Noriha, Alisa, Norwani, Norzai, Rosmaini, Masita and Saadah. Each and every one of them has been attentive, gentle, and incredibly responsive. They checked on me regularly, handled my pain with care, and always made sure I was comfortable. What truly stood out to me is how human and compassionate they are. They didn’t just do their job — they made me feel safe, heard, and supported. Even during moments when I was in pain or emotional, they were patient and kind, and that meant a lot to me. Because of their care, my pain felt lighter, and my days here became much easier to get through. I never felt neglected or ignored — instead, I felt continuously looked after. Overall, my experience at KPJ Tawakal Hospital has been very positive, and I am truly thankful for the dedication of the entire team. It is not easy to take care of patients every day, but they do it with sincerity and heart. I highly recommend KPJ Tawakal Hospital to anyone seeking medical care. I had a very good experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. From the reception to the nurses are worked in carnation ward and dr. Koo everyone treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable. The medical team explained everything clearly and showed genuine care for patients. The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of all the staff at carnation wad . Thank you for providing such excellent service and care. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I’ve just been discharged from Tawakkal Specialist Hospital after a 4-night, 5-day stay, and I truly feel grateful for the care I received. From admission to discharge, everyone I encountered was kind, patient, and caring, especially towards a senior like myself. A heartfelt thank you to Dr Khoo and his team, as well as the staff in OT3, staff and nurses in Azalea Medical Ward and all support staff who made my stay so comfortable. I was also fortunate to have my niece, Dr Patricia, an O&G doctor at Tawakkal, who gave me added reassurance during my stay. Knowing she was around brought me great peace of mind. My operation went smoothly, I felt safe and well cared for, and I even enjoyed the hospital food — compliments to the chef! I’m thankful to be home in time for CNY with my family.
