Tidak ketinggalan juga staff bukan kesihatan seperti Rino yang banyak membantu semasa saya berada di wad. Sangat recommended utk mendapatkan perkhidmatan disiniI came for Orthopaedic Clinic today (22/11/2024) with Dr Lau Choon Ping due to my problem with spine. Dr Lau is my favourite specialist because he always have solution for every problem that I have. He perform laparoscopic spine fusion for me in 2021 and even recommend me to see Dr Jennifer for my cancer treatment. Its been a smooth journey for my treatment here and I recommend everyone to come and get the best treatment here

Sunway Medical Center is an excellent medical cemter to seek for medical treatment, they offer comprehensive medocal specialty till sub-specialty, latest advance technology, 6 stars facilities amd elite services. I was bringing 4 guests from overseas to seek for Ultrasound screening on their annual health screening requirement, we went to Wellness center for the service and I was amazed with the elite service provided by the Wellness Center, Radioloy dept for Ultrasound procedure and Orthopedic clinic. I would like to specially mention and thank below person who had rendered fantastic services during our visit on this morning, 1. Dr Lau Choon Ping- well known spine surgeon in Malaysia, who has purposely spare 15-20mins of his valueable time right before his surgery to provide checked up on one of my guest. We have not made any appointment in advance, just walked in to try our luck since we were there for ultrasound sceening, explained his situation and fortunately Dr Lau is able adjust his surgery timing to accommodate abd spare a quick consultation to provide constructive consultation. Even though it was quick, but he doesn't compromise the quality of his professionalism. 2. Ms Choong Sui Ching- The GM of orthopaedic service, who has provided best service, advise, solution and connection to connect me to Wellness Center (Ms Pamela) for my very last min (less than 13 hrs before performing the Ultrasound) help seeking from her the possibility to perform Ultrasound Screening in Sunway MC. She has a great follow up and advise till all my request were being attended 3. Ms Pamela- in charge person in wellness center. She is so considerate, approachable and providing strong enless support and follow up to ensure my guests are receiving the most warmest and perfect services. She has personally help us to follow up,leading us the way from dept to dept and attending to all our special and ad hoc request professionally. 4. Dr Khairul- Radiologist. Who is so considerate and undersranding during my request for male doctor to attend to my guest for all the services. he spare some of his interv patient waiting time to attend to and fulfill my requirement. 5. Ezzah- staff nurse in Ultrasound dept, which she has given very good support, understanding and commitment to her work and customer's request. 6. Adib- Radiographer, such a good, understanding and dedicated staffs which he was willing to supoort when Ezzah approached him to help his support to my guests. Thank you ffor the great services and support procided, we are enjoying and appreciated..

I would like to compliment all sunway hospital staff Tower C throughout my stay and Diana Ann portal who is very helpful and very friendly and dedicated doing her duties .Dr Lau Choon Ping my attending doctor one of the best doctor.. iman and ahmad syukri for doing my physio and Azrina & aniz suraya for sending me a meal breakfast lunch and dinner with a smile without fail.. wish i could remember everyone name and write it down here.Sunway Hospital is the best hospital and will always be my number ONE CHOICE !!! Thank you Sunway Hospital. Truly recommended.

First time visiting SunMed Orthopaedics and saw Dr. Lau Choon Ping for a medical check-up. The doctor said my bones are fine and provided clear explanations. The staff were also friendly.
