Assalamualaikum w.b.t. First and foremost, I would like to express my highest appreciation and gratitude to UCSI. My two-month rehabilitation program here has been truly meaningful, progressing from being wheelchair-bound to being able to walk with crutches. Not to forget Dr. Jaya, Dr. Uma, Dr. Mala, and of course Dr. Thana for their concern towards the patients' conditions. Appreciation also goes to all the therapists (Pn. Siti, Pn. Hana, Pn. Ng, Cik Nurul) and all the department staff who assisted throughout the physiotherapy/rehabilitation sessions. For future improvements, it is suggested to provide laundry facilities for "in-patient PERKESO". Thank you.

Alhamdulillah, I have just completed a month of physiotherapy at UCSI. My heartfelt thanks to the respected teachers: Teacher Siti, Teacher Hana, Teacher Nurul (who is strict but kind-hearted), Misses Lee (who is gentle and cool), and not forgetting Bro Farhan who is a man of few words. And most importantly, Dr. Thana and Dr. Uma, YOU ALL ARE THE BEST! Also, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff and nurses. During this one month at UCSI, I have learned a lot and there have been many changes in myself. Thank you, teachers, for patiently tolerating my quirks. To my friends who underwent physiotherapy with me, you are truly the best... may you recover quickly. UCSI is indeed the best and will always be in my heart ❤️

My experience with UCSI has been truly amazing. From the very first day, the staff have been professional, supportive, and always approachable. They make sure that every patient feels comfortable and well taken care of. I would especially like to thank Dr. Thana , my therapist, Puan Siti, Ms. Li, Ms. Kavisya, Ms. Nurul (mohammad) , Mr. Balan, Mr. Farhan and Puan Hana for their dedication and kindness. Each of them has played an important role in my recovery journey, always making the environment warm and welcoming. Their encouragement and genuine care really motivate me to keep moving forward. I am very grateful for the excellent service and continuous support provided, and I would definitely recommend UCSI to anyone who is looking for a place with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care.

The treatment provided was excellent. Prof Amal is very kind and friendly towards children, and the explanations given were very clear and easy for parents to understand. The food provided was suitable and delicious for the child, he said. The staff, nurses, and physiotherapist were all very friendly and always provided good service with a smile.
