My experience with UCSI has been truly amazing. From the very first day, the staff have been professional, supportive, and always approachable. They make sure that every patient feels comfortable and well taken care of. I would especially like to thank Dr. Thana , my therapist, Puan Siti, Ms. Li, Ms. Kavisya, Ms. Nurul (mohammad) , Mr. Balan, Mr. Farhan and Puan Hana for their dedication and kindness. Each of them has played an important role in my recovery journey, always making the environment warm and welcoming. Their encouragement and genuine care really motivate me to keep moving forward.
