Dr. Teh Kok Kheng was truly exceptional — highly experienced, patient in his explanations, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. I am especially grateful that he went the extra mile to help arrange an available surgery slot for me. His professionalism and dedication made me feel confident and well taken care of. I would also like to thank Dr. Teh’s team, particularly Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Yip, for their kindness, attentiveness, and continuous support throughout my treatment journey. Both of them were consistently caring and checked on me regularly, always with patience and warmth. In addition, I attended hand therapy sessions under therapist Kak Awatif. I am truly thankful for her outstanding care. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining each step of the therapy. Her professionalism and excellent service made the rehabilitation process much easier and more reassuring.
