Dr. Teh Kok Kheng was outstanding — highly experienced, clear in his explanations, and truly went out of his way to find an available surgery slot for me. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication. I also want to thank Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Yip for their kindness and attentive support throughout my stay. The anaesthesiologist, a very pleasant and reassuring lady, made me feel completely at ease before the procedure. Overall, I felt that I was in very good hands. The hospital staff checked on me frequently, always with care and patience. The environment is so comfortable that it feels more like a hotel than a hospital. Thank you to everyone who made this experience as smooth and comforting as possible.
