my fav hospital with my fav doc... dr yong yuan shyh, dr adzreil, dr johan, has been 2015 till now. tear my ACL both side treat by dr yong, having sinus and treat by dr adzreil, having influenza treatment by dr johan. also their physiotherapist & nurses are very frriendly & always ready to help you recover. very professional and helping too. i would recomend Colombia Asia Setapak to everybody. Today my appointment with dr Sudarwin... very humble, friendly and professional. Nice person and giving me good advice on my daily diet. Forgot to mention: should try their cafe, the menu nice & affordable... sometime just having breakfast or lunch... without any doc appointment... food is guarantee healthy and deliacious.

If you’re here to see orthopaedic doctor, avoid Yong Yuan Shyh at all cost. Made patient wait too long and consultation session was not pleasant, not friendly at all. This yong do not provide information on what is wrong w patient, straight to MRI bcs easy money kot. Luckily other services like the counter people were nice.

I was hospitalised in June and Oct 2023 and March this year for shoulder surgeries at Columbia Asia Setapak, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received from the entire hospital staff. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the orthopaedic surgeon Dr. YS Yong, whose dedication and expertise always made me feel confident that I was in the best hands. Am also grateful to the anaesthetists, Dr. Joyce Tien and Dr. Rajes, whose reassuring manner made it less daunting when going through the surgeries, and the professionalism and skill made the waking-up process after each surgery incredibly smooth, for which I am immensely thankful. Would also like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Sindhu for her concerns & comforting words. My apologies for not being a very compliant patient. During my hospital stays, the nursing team provided outstanding care. Their attentiveness and compassion made a significant difference in my recovery. A few names that I could remember were Fairuz, Mani, Nor Izzatul Annis, among others. One of them whose name I could not remember but was very grateful to for helping me with the IV line which became swollen and painful. Her skill and assurance was very much appreciated. A special mention goes to Muhamad Azmin from the catering team. His attentiveness to small details in my dining needs was greatly appreciated, having gone out of his way to ensure that I was able to enjoy my meals. His helpfulness and cheerful demeanor also brightened my days and added a personal touch to the excellent service provided by the catering staff. Above all, I am most grateful to the wonderful physiotherapy team who has always demonstrated professionalism and dedication towards all their patients. My recovery journey started with the lovely cheerful physio Syaza, who first treated me before my surgeries, helping me greatly with the exercises and various therapies for the shoulder. After the surgery, Azie took over my rehab and has been treating me for the past ten months. Azie's commitment to my recovery has been truly exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I made steady progress, always finding innovative ways to accelerate my recovery, and varying and adjusting her approaches where necessary to ensure that pain and discomfort were minimal, while pushing me to go further. Beyond her technical skills, Azie provided invaluable emotional support. During moments when I felt discouraged and frustrated by the slow pace of my recovery, she offered gentle encouragement and unwavering patience. Her positive attitude and belief in my ability to recover were incredibly motivating and helped me stay committed to my rehabilitation.
