I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the ICU team at Columbia Asia Hospital Southkey for their outstanding care and professionalism. Last Sunday, I slipped and fell while taking a bath and was admitted to the Emergency Department. I was then admitted to the ICU for 4 days, followed by 2 days in the normal ward. I suffered multiple right-side rib fractures (ribs 4 to 11) and was in extreme pain when I arrived. The medical team acted immediately and efficiently. X-rays and a CT scan were done promptly, and treatment started right away. Despite the severe pain, I felt reassured by the doctors’ calm, confident, and professional approach. Special thanks to Dr Omar and Dr Azri, who monitored my condition very closely. Due to the large affected area, surgery with metal plate insertion was initially considered. However, the doctors remained very positive, encouraging, and attentive, and they decided to manage my condition conservatively with close observation and physiotherapy. I truly appreciate their dedication, clear explanations, and constant encouragement throughout my stay. The physiotherapy team also played an important role, especially with lung expansion and breathing exercises, which greatly supported my recovery. I am deeply thankful to the ICU nurses, who were incredibly caring and patient. During the first few days, I was unable to move at all, and they assisted me with personal care, including cleaning and inserting the urinary catheter, with great compassion and professionalism. I received antibiotics, painkillers, and even a special spinal pain relief injection, which helped manage the pain significantly. Thankfully, I did not require surgery, and today I am finally able to go home. Once again, thank you to the doctors, nurses, and physiotherapy team at Columbia Asia Southkey for the excellent care, kindness, and support during one of the most difficult times of my life. I highly recommend this hospital❤️

Praise be to God, all matters went smoothly. I just had surgery to remove my gallbladder. Dr. Omar (surgery) and Dr. Asri (anesthesia) were excellent in performing the operation and providing explanations. The nurses who served were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Excellent service. Please pray for my speedy recovery and healing. God willing, I can recommend this to others.
