Amazing service, high quality professional. I saw the ENT doctor. Dr Sreetharan Gleneagles Hospital for a Scuba related barotrauma ear injury. He had all the necessary top end surgerical tools to clean up my ear, remove the wax and blood clots and to camera visually inspect the ear drum and canal!!! His price was also very affordable. His service was world class. I also found him to be highly courteous and knowledgeable. I wish I had seen him first.

The check-in process was efficient, and the reception staff was friendly and professional, he also ask me if I wanted to upgrade my room from a double bedded to single bed coz our company only cover double bedded but we can upgrade and pay the difference, lucky he reminded me and I upgraded, and my entire stay was excellence entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of my experience was the incredible care I received from Nurse Ms. Raydeliana. Before my surgery, she took the time to text me and offer such soothing and comforting words. Her kindness and empathy were exactly what I needed in that moment, and her words truly helped calm my nerves. I will always be grateful for how she made me feel supported and cared for. After the surgery, Nurse Raydeliana also took the time to guide me through my recovery process over the phone. Her follow-up care was just as thoughtful and thorough as her pre-surgery support, ensuring I felt confident in my recovery steps. The medical team, Dr Sreetharan and nurses, were all incredibly attentive, but Ms. Raydeliana's personal touch made a world of difference in my experience. The hospital itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology. The patient rooms were comfortable and spacious, and I felt well-cared for throughout my stay. In addition, the hospital’s support services, such as the dietary team and social workers, were also outstanding. I recently visited Dr. Sreetharan (ENT) and Dr Tracey (RMO) for my bad Rhinitis cough and I really had a great experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to listen my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. The nurses (Raydeliana and Health screening team) are also very friendly and kind person which made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my visit.
