I was hospitalized at KPJ Rawang, and I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Nazli Bin Zainuddin, ENT Specialist for the exceptional care and treatment I received. I am also very grateful for the support and care provided by his assistant, Ms. Fiena. Both were accommodating and very attentive throughout my treatment. Dr. Nazli was incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my stay. I have been battling sinus issues for many years, and after receiving proper treatment under his care, I noticed significant improvement by the second day of my admission and felt much better than I had in a long time. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the staff and nurses at Level 4 Kristal Surgical Ward both Morning and Night shift. Your kindness, dedication, prompt attention, and genuine concern made my hospital stay much more comfortable and reassuring. Thank you all for the outstanding care and support you provided. Dr Nazli/ENT Dept. Wonderful experience dealing with Dr Nazli. Clear and comprehensive explanations from the beginning of the journey up to post operations treatment. Alhamdulillah, all goes good for me @ 51yo with such problems rectified. Kehidupan semakin baik tanpa mengantuk waktu kerja, micro sleep ketika memandu, dengkur yang kuat & nafas terhenti ketika tidur. Thanks to Dr Nazli & gang yang terlibat salam semua proses. I have a very bad migraine problem and always go to the clinic to get treatment and medicine. then the doctor at the clinic referred me to kpj rawang and I dealt with dr.nazli from the ENT department. He gave me a lot of advice and taught me how to overcome migraines after sinus surgery. dr.nazli is very expert in the field of ENT and a doctor who is very soft-spoken, kind and friendly. On 8/10/2024 I was warded here for tonsil and adenoid surgery with Dr. Nazli (ENT department).. Before the surgery, Dr. Nazli explained 1.1 and everything we didn't understand, he explained it in more detail.. and when the camera (I don't know what the name of the tool is) was put in my mouth and nose, so we already knew what our problem was.. 9/10/2024 surgery, 11/10/2024 was discharged.. I guess I didn't eat enough and my nose started bleeding and it hurt quite badly.. 15/10/2024 at night my throat started to hurt.. 16/10/2024 I started to lose my voice and even trying to swallow saliva hurt my ears. That night I was on WhatsApp with Miss Fiena (Dr. Nazli's P.A.) about our condition..at that time I felt very sick and wanted to cry.. Miss Fiena suggested I go back to the hospital..and coincidentally there was an appointment tomorrow. 17/10/2024 morning appointment with DR Nazli.. she checked there was a little swelling on the voice box.. but because the KPJ hospital is quite limited in beds we couldn't be warded at that time.. Miss Fiena asked about our condition almost once an hour.. she was very caring.. a very kind, sweet, polite and generous person with a smile.. she answered all our questions well.. she answered our questions until the night.. finally at 10pm KPJ called to let us know there was an empty bed.. This time we were warded for 6 days.. other people were going out and coming in, we were still staying in the hospital.. Dr Nazli came every morning to ask about our condition.. even on Sundays he came.. the questions we asked were answered very politely.. we didn't know if we were really sick or if we were a little sick to be admitted to the hospital.. but Dr Nazli really made sure we recovered quickly and were comfortable at KPJ.. From The doctor, P.A., the KPJ staff and the cleaners are all excellent.. a good experience here. I would like to ask the doctor, the staff.. they are all normal people.. some are greedy, some are a bit rude to the patients.. but thank God.. while I was under the care of Dr. Nazli and P.A. Fiena, I didn't feel anything bad.. Congratulations to KPJ Rawang for having excellent doctors and staff.. continue and maintain your excellence. Again 1.. the food here is delicious.. and the hot dishes in the cafeteria are also good..
