I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy last month with Dr Jaideep and it was painless. I was super anxious before I did it but I knew I had to because I will need to see on what's the problem with my stomach. Anyway, long story short, it was fine. I did not even awake during the whole procedure so there was really no time to be "scared". Dr Jaideep is really knowledgable in his field and he answered to all of my questions very well. The Endoscopy Team was amazing, they're really chill and attentive to my request. Puan Salinah is also very friendly and always keep me up to date with my appointment and reminders. In short, everyone is sooo friendly, it makes me feel at ease all the time!!

I had a very positive experience with Dr Jaideep and his team. Dr Jaideep was patient, clear in his explanations, and took time to address my concerns, which really helped ease my anxiety. His assistant, Ms Salinah, was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. I’d also like to thank the endoscopy unit staff — everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring from registration to recovery. The whole process was smooth and well-organised. Truly excellent service. Highly recommended.
