Just had the best delivery experience with Dr. Imelda at the end of February for my second-born. Glad I do the homework Dr. Imelda gave me (it's tailored to each person) because recovery is faster! The nurses in the L&D and maternity ward were also very helpful in helping me relearn breastfeeding. Even though the clinic is always really busy and we have to wait for a few hours, it is WORTH THE WAIT. Can ask akak Afiqah and akak Azrene for any questions that I have, they are actually like a big sister that give you some advice as well. I never had a second doubt or worry after each appointment with Dr. Imelda. I don't even Google or ask ChatGPT after the appointment cause Dr. Imelda never brushes off my feelings and always has a solution to my worries. Even when my baby was still in breach position, what Dr. Imelda says is statistic which are all data and science-based. And she also cares about my recovery after delivery 🥹 I got another homework that speeds up my recovery! Thank you so much Prof. Dr. Imelda Balchin for such a great experience! 💕

Choosing Dr Imelda as my O&G was the best decision ever. Her reputation does precedes her. She was gentle, and made sure everything is perfectly fine with the baby and me. Delivering the baby was made easy, and one of the reason is her. She made me feel confident in delivering the baby, and the experience was truly unforgettable. And not to forget, her amazing clinic staffs, especially Afiqah and Azrene, as well as the midwives and nurses who took care of me during my delivery and stay in the ward, thank you so much for being kind and gentle. My wife chose Dr Imelda as her O&G to deliver our 3rd child. From the start of our check up until giving birth was a smooth sailing process. Dr Imelda make us feel calm and safe and give confidence to my wife during the start of the labour process. The baby measurement was very accurate during the check ups until the baby has been delivered and weigh straight after. Overall it was a very very good experience with Dr Imelda.
