Really good treatment & consultancy from Dr Lim. Good staff and really helpful.

The service was extremely friendly and exceptional. All the nurses were very kind. The doctors were very kind-hearted, especially Dr. Lim Sze Wei and Dr. Wong. They even replied to my messages after I returned to Indonesia. RS Alty is truly outstanding. The only downside is that the administrative data entry for costs is too slow.

Alty the best💕 1. I was 1st admitted on 22 Dec 2022 with severe lower back pain.Doctor figure out slipped disc. Then I admitted several times for neck pain recently. 2. ALTY have open MRI & closed MRI, claustrophobic people as me have choice of open MRI. The staff in MRI/Xray depart so friendly & motives you, calm downs you & treat me so patiently. 3. I’m Dr.Lim patient past 2years. Every visit he explains things clearly & someone who open to listen patient opinions. Never ever pressure me to follow treatment as he wishes. I wish him always good health & life. 4. The procedure here always fast. Business team makes things easy for GL request, they know well about insurance procedure. 5. Nurses here are Gem. I was admitted here 4/5times. All the admission I’m being alone no one to company with me. Nurses here make me feel as family & took care of me with kind & lovingly. They even motivates me & cheers me. I love you guys. I only remember Katherine name, there are many nurses makes me feel like their friends from level 5,6, emergency department. There’s one nurse (malay) close to my heart,I have been admitted with severe pain & with alot of stress from work & personal. She gives me a tight hug even without knowing my personal stress issue. She hugs me, counseling me to overcome everything with confidently. Her hugs on that day lift me up to fight all my health issue & others. Hope to see her again & wish only the best for u❤️. 6. Physio department is gentle & friendly. They more excited about my improvement. 7. Cleanliness 100/10. The hospital is new & the room ambiance like hotel room. You can enjoy netflix , youtube,Water heater, good toiletries, towel,cute hospital gown. 8. Alty food never felt like hospital food. They have options of meals. Sedap👌🏻 9. Follow up appointment also went smooth. 10. Parking is pricey, if admitted can get discount flat rate per day RM10. Thank you ALTY for treat patient with care not in money minded. I wish to name staff from all the departments who attended me but sadly couldn’t remember. Dr. Lim Tze Wei is honest, straight-forward and down-to-earth to us civilians. Most specialists that my mother and second aunty have dealt with are not as receptive to questions and doubts as him. Most importantly, he did exactly as he had promised and I wish all specialists would behave as he did. The best thing he did is he listens. At least that was the case with my second aunty which she was very impressed with. To be fair, my aunt also worked well with him by agreeing with his suggestion to operate as soon as possible. He is a doctor and surgeon who listens and this opens up my aunt to work with him. What else can anyone ask for? BTW, her surgical wound dried up beautifully after 2-3 days. Thank you and well done to the team around Dr. Lim Tze Wei. They perform well for my aunty and I am not sorry to be this effusive.

I recently sought medical treatment for my back pain at two private hospitals, but my most positive and satisfactory experience was at ALTY hospital. I was attended to by Dr Lim Sze Wei, whose professionalism and expertise as an orthopedic surgeon were truly commendable. What impressed me most was his humble and down-to-earth demeanor, combined with his compassionate approach to patient care. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to the nursing staff, the blood test team, the operating theatre personnel, the radiographer and Dr Lim's personal nurse for their attentive and excellent care throughout my treatment journey.
